How we start that SubWay Waze claim was to eat fresh. This evening I went to SubWay and Moose Lake and got a subway club sandwich foot-long. Italian herb and cheese bread and other fixings had them cut it in half one was for my wife. One was for myself brought it home to have dinner.. My wife ate her half and I had other things to do for a little bit, but when I did go to get my half and set it on the table, It sounded like a piece of wood had hit our dining room table. Eating fresh does not mean a rock, hard piece of bread, both top and bottom. The other fixings were OK but the sandwich bread itself was rock hard.. The most incredibly disgusting piece of bread I’ve ever eaten.

When you order a foot long sub and have to keep asking for more and when the finished product hits your wrapper…. And has only the fixing of a 6” sub sandwich this store has lost my trust for spending my time or money.

Beautiful clean location, updated interior, large parking, and most of all great food for a subway and friendly staff. If you like subway you wont be disappointed with this location

Pretty rude staff. I tried to order a pretzel foot long at the wrong side of the counter and got treated like I was stupid for it. Thanks for making my day better subway staff of moose lake ☺️

Food was fine. Staff was colder than an untoasted sub. The person making my sandwich was rude and made me feel uncomfortable. Overall negative experience.

Friendly staff, good service. I like the drive thru touch screen ordering. However, last time I was there it cost 32.00 + for two people w/ the full meal option. What happened to the reasonably priced quick option to grab a sub sandwich? This is what you would expect to pay when going out to a nice restaurant. I realize inflation and supply chain issues have pushed prices up, but this seems somewhat out of line? Sandwiches were good, met typical Subway sandwich standards.

Haven’t had any issues with this particular subway. The only negative thing I would say is sometimes it can be a little bit of a wait when it’s super busy. Food and atmosphere are as to be expected.

Drive thru touch screen is nice but can sometimes be confusing with new items. They also seem to be out of various items regularly. Staff are quick and friendly. Never had a long wait.

The person working did a fine job. My issue is the drive thru. A touch screen? In Minnesota? It is super lazy of Subway. And it was just as annoying as most kiosk self ordering:slow and painful. In winter, with bitter cold temps, I would probably just leave and go next door to MacDonald’s.
