I ordered the chicken chowmein , not much flavor or chicken mostly little slivers more celery than anything else!!! The vegetable fried rice was ok. Not buying nothing from them anymore. When I first ordered more than 3 years ago the food was very good but has gradually gone downhill, now I’m done not wasting money on just celery that’s undercooked!

If I could give a zero, I would! Not only have they always had pretty bad service, but there is no way they would pass a health inspection! The adults there are rude and impatient, and the kids that work there clearly violate child labor laws. But if that isn’t enough to deter you, be sure to check that your food doesn’t have any unwanted guests when you pick it up. In my case, it was a tag from a t-shirt. After making the 20 minute drive home from picking up the food, I dumped some of my noodles on a plate, and found the tag. I called the restaurant, explained what I found and politely asked for a refund. I was put on hold twice, and finally told that I would have to return to the restaurant with the entire order to see a refund. I explained that I didn’t want to make the 20 minute drive there and back again, but was given no other option. Once my husband and I got back to the restaurant, they dug around in the food with their fingers, picked the tag out, and started whispering amongst themselves. They only agreed to giving us the refund once we explained that we would be calling the health department in the morning. The final straw was watching him place the full container of contaminated food back on the shelf with the rest of the food coming off the stove that would be served to customers. This was all just disgusting and the way it was handled was unprofessional and and made it seem like we were the ones in the wrong.

What a waste of money! 83.dollors on hard vegetable and over cooked noodles . Chicken was also overcooked. The egg drop soup had no flavor. More water than broth Never again. They will not refund your money. They won’t offer you a refund!!! So angry

I ordered a combination and a wonton soup other than it being a little costy I asked for some chili oil for my soup and the employee or owners son said it was $1 for a 2oz oil .what bothered me most was that a week before that I asked for one it was 50 cents . Regardless the wonton in the soup was disgusting it had a rotten taste . I’m so glad I found a better Chinese place . I will not recommend.

I don’t know if they’re under new management, but the food tonight was amazing! Hasn’t been this good in a long time! The fried chicken wings were meaty and flavorful. The cream cheese wontons were packed with delicious cream cheese and fried perfectly. The house special fried rice had lots of meat (especially shrimp). The General Tso chicken had large pieces of moist white meat chicken and sauce was fabulous. Very pleased with the meal. Unfortunately, they were without a driver today, so no delivery. But that wasn’t a problem. They’re only 4 minutes away from Carver, so we were happy to pick it up.

I just ordered takeout for vegetables with white rice. I had to tell the person on the phone 3 times my order. I got home and they gave me chicken with fried rice and vegetables. I called the store and talked to George and she told me to come back tomorrow and to bring the wrong food. I told her that I already ate the vegetables and she told me that she cannot help me since I already ate the vegetables. She told me that I should have called her before I ate them because she talked to her boss, Chad, and he said I could not get my meal replaced unless I brought back the vegetables.
What did they expect me to eat for dinner? Any other restaurant would amend their mistake but this place wanted me to bring the wrong food back the next day. Were they joking? No, they were not. I’ve never heard of a restaurant asking for the wrong takeout food back. Were they going to resell it? This is so suspicious.
Chad, the owner, is a disgrace to the hospitality industry.
Never going back here. The chicken looked like stringy muscle. Disgusting.

Ordered some chicken lo mein for take out, they forgot the chicken and added some extra grease to make up for it. After seeing reviews about scour pads and clothes tags I consider myself lucky. Used to be tasty and somewhat generous portions something has changed. Stay away is my advice

Went tonite 3/15/2025 total order of $62 sat down for dinner to eat and as we are eating my son asked dad what’s this i look and sure enough it’s a dirty piece of a scour pad I called to let them know and they gave me a answer of we will be more careful with our packing and offered a new fried rice after talking to 3 managers I was finally asked to bring the food back for a refund expecting all the food to be there 9 years I’ve been coming here I’ve seen how they have went down hill but I didn’t think it was this bad farewell rising dragon good luck in business

Food? Tastes great. Delivery guys? Awesome. Phone service? Okay. Seafood to broccoli ratio? Not okay.
Seriously. The dish is called shrimp and scallops with garlic sauce. No mentioning of vegetables. Yet I get 5 shrimp, 5 scallops, and a bajillion broccoli. Trust me I love my greens but ….. This seems like a cheap fix.
