Just ordered food from this establishment. My bill came to almost $35 for two hamburgers, fries, and drinks. I asked for a cup of water and I was told they cannot give me water. I cannot see the point of spending $35 and not being given a cup of water to drink as a courtesy. The server’s name was Kyle and he was quite rude about it as well. He told me I could buy a bottle of water, I said I did not want to get a bottle of water just a cup of water. He told me “well , we can’t just give away bottles of water.” I said “ I just spent $35 and I couldn’t get a cup of water?” and he told me “no”. He was not very polite, and in fact was very rude. I asked him to speak to a manager, and he said no manager was there. I asked for a refund, I was never issued an apology. Kyle refunded my order And said “Here you go”. After my order was canceled, I took my son to Portillo’s where I have never had a problem or poor service. All in all, I recommend NOT visiting this establishment due to their impolite employees and treatment of customers. If I could give it a zero rating, I would..

Was very pleased with my first trip to nicki v’s… Got an italian sausage sandwich with sweet peppers.The sausage had a unique good flavor. I thoroughly enjoyed it. a lot of sweet peppers bread.Held up .. also had the tacos .. they reminded me of Joey’s but they were good quality Steak.. quality ingredients gave us a bunch of sauces on the side. Very good I’ll be back for the tacos and the sausage and also got to order fried pickles. Probably the best fried pickles I ever had. And they were 599. I’m gonna work this place into my rotation. For sure.

I loved the hot dogs but the French fries seemed to be from the bottom of the bag. All fries were about an inch long and burnt. I ended up throwing them out. Id love to go back and get a hot dog! I wish someone would comment on the fries.

First time I tried the new location I got a couple of Chicago dogs they were mediocre at best. I figured they just opened no harm no foul. So I tried them again about a week later I got a gyro plate. The gyro was awful, was more like eating burnt beef jerky. Sauce had zero flavor. The can of RC was good though. Do yourselves a favor and just drive to Joey’s.

Got the double cheeseburger since I was on “fat boy” status this afternoon, with a cold Modelo to wash it down. Did not disappoint, fries are crisp and fresh too. Should have taken photo but I was hungry, and thirsty. Will return!!

Just ate here this past Frisday. Food was great and staff was very patient with my 89 year old mother ordering. The gaming there is huge, we will definitely be back, great to see Nick reinvesting in his community being he lives less that a mile away.

Quality food, pretty quick service. If they could scrap the slot machines to expand the limited indoor seating that would be nice. Kids loved the mini arcade games.
