In all my life, this is the first time that I’ve terminated an order without finishing it. I found the guy to be rude, pushy, and disrespectful. When he cut the bread, he flattened it against the counter by pressing down hard. When I requested more lettuce, I was told that he wasn’t allowed to put more on. Having never been told this by any restaurant, ever, I mentioned that I hadn’t heard this before. He said that I could talk to his manager who wasn’t there at the time. Not trying to make a big deal out of it, I moved on. When I would name an ingredient to add, he would cut me off partially by saying “next” for the next ingredient, EVERY time. Got through the first sandwich, and most of the second one, and he stated that there was no more ranch dressing. I inquired if the store was out, and he said no, but he would have to prep it, and he was the only one there. At this point, I told him that I would pay for the finished sandwich only, but the other 3 I no longer wanted. There is no point to going to a restaurant that says that you can customize your food and then either doesn’t let you do it, or won’t put the effort into making sure that they can provide the service that they build their business on. You lost a customer today until I feel adventurous again. I was also surprised to see someone with a long, open beard and no covering while making food.

The guy who works there is absolutely so mean. yelled at me, because I didn’t know my choice yet. If he’s unhappy that’s not my problem. Worst subway ever !! I’m so piss the way he treats me. Really … doesn’t know anything in Hospitality this guy.

I’ll never order any food from the subway this lady just tried to put three pieces of meat on a 6 inch sub. I was walking in and heard the argument. I left before I even got to the line. Who the hell does she think she is three pieces of meat on a 6 inch sub so you’re telling me there’s only six pieces of meat on a 12 inch? Hell no someone needs to fire. Whoever is back there and retrain them because there’s no way that’s all the meat you get!!

Just grabbed a tuna sandwich and it’s pretty good. Customer service was great and I want to recommend you all allow for cash back at the register or allow for a tip via card payment on your receipt. I promise the help will be grateful. I’m not rounding up but I may tip and I typically don’t carry cash.
Also may I recommend you all buy different pickles. They’re always ugly so I pass but tuna should have pickles.
