The best pizza in Ocala. Caleb, the chef, is an absolute delight. Goes out of his way to make his customers happy. Highly recommend if you are at WEC

Feb 2021 review was 2 stars: The food was pretty good, however trying to get the food and pay for it was utter chaos and is why I only gave it 2 stars. We had to wait in 3 separate lines – one to get pasta, one to get a salad, and another to pay. The girl at the cash register has probably quit or been fired by now because she was beyond frazzled and rude. There are hardly any tables inside because they had so many lines people were standing in there wasn’t room for tables. (If the line were setup like Chipotle, things would go much faster!) When we needed a to go box after we ate, we had to go stand in line again. The girl running the register ignored me so I had to ask someone else and they were nice but had no idea where the to go containers were located and had to ask someone else where to find them. I’m not sure when they opened but the way everyone was running around looking confused made me hope they had just opened and would soon fix all the kinks in their operations.
April 2021 review updated to 4 stars: After a second visit, I see most of the recommendations I suggested were implemented. There are now tables inside, a more organized line, to go boxes available at the counter. The food portions are still very generous and quite tasty.

The staff was friendly, great menu items to choose from for build your own pasta/salad, and the food was better than expected. Definitely going back.

SHIP AHOY
Went to try something new in the area. Had pasta with sausage and DW had the eggplant parm. Spaghetti was soggy as was the eggplant. Cafeteria with plastic utensils and limited beverage selection. Building was an echo chamber and the staff was gathered behind the counter cackling loudly. Unprofessional! We asked for the pasta to be well drained. Bottom line, if you cannot go elsewhere (better close by) it is just OK taste.

Dare I say, the best pizza in Ocala?
I’ve had this pizza before, but something has definitely changed…in the best way. We ordered the Margherita, and the cheese-to-sauce-to-crunchy-crust ratio was absolute perfection. Whatever they’re doing now, it’s working. Service was quick and professional and the restaurant was spotless. We’ll definitely be back!

The gluten-free noodles came out crunchy, so I didn’t finish them. Next time, I will just go for a salad. My kids and husband said the pepperoni pizza that we ordered (a whole one, not by the slice) was just OK, not good or great.
The women in there were beyond helpful and nice. Fantastic employees there for sure.

Chef came out. That was nice. Pizza was nice too. One slice is $5. Thin crust. Not too saucy. I like that. Garlic not were nice too. With they had a pesto sauce. Large salads. Lasagna was a nice portion too. Was too hungry and for pics. ‍♀️
