This kfc location is the best deal and best prices for chicken meal deal. Tuesday are their specials 8 piece meal 2 lrg sides and 4 biscuits 20$ plus tax. Food was fast made to order. Didn’t have to wait long and staff here was very friendly.

We visited during COVID19. Restaurant was open for take out service only. We Ordered for 3 people. All 3 meals were perfect. They sent us on our way with everything we needed. Honey, butter, barbecue sauce, silverware ect. The Employees were helpful and friendly.

Gotta say I hadn’t been going to KFC for a couple of years. Moved nearby tried my local KFC in RSM was so please with the service and the food! Ive been going there for nearly a year almost weekly and never let down. Always fresh and properly cooked. Every staff member very friendly and kind.

BUYER BEWARE!! SCAM ALERT! They are overcharging on items in person vs online it is very different even if it’s filtered to the current location. Pick online order YOU NEED AN ID to pick up even if you have the order number on your phone. The manager has every employee overcharging(told by all employees!) I hope you do not encounter worker, Isabella. She will do the bare minimum as long as she can get back to her phone. Why would any customer DARE bother her while she’s on her phone during her work shift.

The online ordering platform does not work, specifically just for this location. Outside vendors for the pick-up option also fail to process. Tried successfully with grubhub only to end up getting a cancellation from the restaurant stating they could not fulfill the order. My husband ended up going in to place the same order and did so with no issues of fulfillment. Only to then come home and realize the chicken was dry and tasted old. What a nightmare of a fast food experience.

I tried to order online for special Tue deal but it didn’t work, the deal showed up in kfc.com but when I select this store to pick up, the item doesn’t show up in the menu. I ended up going to the store to order it. This would be the third time a a roll, I complained to the clerk and on this venue hopefully it will be fixed next time. I don’t mind go to the store but purchase at the counter does not give me points to my KFC account. The service at the store is fine but I put one star is for the online service, which is nill (should be no star).

Stopped in to pick up lunch. We wanted to use an app deal but it wouldn’t take payment method we have used here before. Changed method a still not accepting so went inside and was told we have to use door dash or hub grub. They don’t accept the app price directly.

Go to Huntington Beach, it’s worth the drive than going here for the undercooked food. Workers will tamper with your food if items are missing from your order as well. Who knows how many people they’ve tried to poison.

worse kfc I’ve ever been to. I always come here and the food texture is always seems like it’s been sitting there for hours the chicken sandwhich bread is hard and drum sticks chicken has no chicken all bones. The fries are stale.
