We ordered online and the food came out quite quickly, with the food being ready for pickup when we arrived.
We decided to try the COTE x Sweetgreen Korean BBQ bowl. The food was pretty good, worth the price of the meal. The meat was good, though the sauce wasn’t what we were expecting it to be, as it was more like a soy sauce based sauce. The portions were good, and went well together with the korean bbq steak.

I gave this location so many chances and I think I just have to give up. The steelhead I get is constantly under-proportion and today I found a piece of a label. If you order from here PLEASE never order anything mixed, mix it yourself. Check your food please!

The manager of this store (female, I think name starts with an N) needs to be fired. I placed a mobile pickup order through Grubhub. Picked up order and opened it in store. The steak and all the ingredients were missing besides the pickled onion and egg I had added those items as mods along with Caesar and balsamic. I showed the manager thinking they had accidentally missed placing the steak and other ingredients in the order. She refused to fix the order, even after seeing proof of payment and the order confirmation listing what I had ordered and payed for. She claimed they could only put in the salad what was listed on the ticket. Which made no sense because then why wouldn’t she at least put my steak that is listed in the title on my salad. It was clear she just wanted to be rude and prove a point, I’m not sure why. It was a simple and easy fix and I clearly had proof of payment and my order listed. She was rude, unhelpful and not great at communication. She didn’t seem to like her job and had no customer service skills. How do you give a customer who payed for a steak salad, just kale. I was kind and only wanted my order fixed and she seemed to want to embarrass me. Not a very kind person. I was able to get a refund though the third party at the very least.

At Sweetgreen Ink Block, I felt excluded and noticed unprofessional behavior, with rules and consequences applied unevenly among staff. Training should be calmer, more respectful, and more supportive, rather than rushed or expecting new employees to already know what to do.

Literally shocked when i took the lid off. Barely anything in the bowl, missing two ingredients- the almonds and kale cabbage slaw. I paid $13 for this.. This is the second time they have given me hardly anything in the order. Def will not be going back to this location again.

Food was very Good! Kind of pricey though…went for a quick bite to eat. But cost about as much as sitting down at a nice restaurant during the lunch hour.
Will go back and try some of the other bowls. Extremely fresh food. And if you want to swap something out of the bowl just ask
