Have visited multiple times and the coffee is well above average. Not always easy to find a place that makes traditional cappuccino! In my experience, Sknob’s cortados and breve cappuccinos are consistently of excellent quality.

Coffee Sknobs is definitely the café to visit if you’re in this part of Missouri. You will get a pretty consistent coffee when you visit with one variation being certain baristas will always give you your coffee in a take away cup even if you request a mug.
My personal drink of choice is a flat white. Unfortunately here Sknobs doesn’t quite deliver. Most of their flat whites are served with no foam at all which is a common misconception in & around Missouri. A good flat white will have a small amount of micro foam on the surface. If your drink spills very easily when picked up then your milk likely isn’t very stable.
Occasionally my flat white will have the proper amount of foam (rarely), but once again the milk is very unstable which means the foam will disappear after sitting only a minute or two.
Over all I can make do with the coffee here and I occasionally get a great cup of coffee! I just wouldn’t say I get a great cup of coffee more than once a month. The staff is super kind and polite and the atmosphere is great & I will definitely keep visiting regularly!

Try the homemade syrups in your coffee! ☕️ The quiche was bomb. Get there early for the cinnamon rolls before they sell out. They have non-dairy creamers.

Genuinely horrible coffee and slow service. Baristas have no clue what they’re doing. Any flavor you may receive from the espresso is drowned out by the amount of sugar they put in every cup. Perfect if you’re trying to get diabetes.
The only positive of this place is you get to sit comfortably while drinking a $9 latte that makes your skin crawl. I’m convinced they don’t even use espresso and just serve sugary milk.

Here as a tourist and I like to avoid Starbucks at all costs. This place was fabulous. The young girl working the register was super kind. Pretty large coffee shop for sitting and enjoying. The coffee shop is connected to a church, just fyi in case that’s not your thing. But most importantly, the coffee was AMAZING. The latte had the perfect espresso, sweetness, and oat milky-ness!

I had tea and an espresso, and both tasted great (espresso was strong for my taste, but it wasn’t bad)! They also serve pastries (the day I was there they had two kinds of pie, four kinds of bagels, and iced cinnamon rolls), smoothies, oatmeal, and glass-bottled soft drinks.
The aesthetic of this place is amazing! Perfect coffee shop lighting, great decor, and pleasant music.

Great coffee shop and wonderful experience. The syrups are all made in house and the danishes are my favorite! The baristas are amazing and will make your custom drink to your specifications, even measuring out the specific amount of flavor that you request!

This coffee shop is very cute!! Great place to read or study or meet friends. Love their hot lattes and oatmeal. Definitely not a place to go if you’re in a rush though. The wait can be long but it’s worth it!
