My personal drink of choice is a flat white. Unfortunately here Sknobs doesn’t quite deliver. Most of their flat whites are served with no foam at all which is a common misconception in & around Missouri. A good flat white will have a small amount of micro foam on the surface. If your drink spills very easily when picked up then your milk likely isn’t very stable.
Occasionally my flat white will have the proper amount of foam (rarely), but once again the milk is very unstable which means the foam will disappear after sitting only a minute or two.
Over all I can make do with the coffee here and I occasionally get a great cup of coffee! I just wouldn’t say I get a great cup of coffee more than once a month. The staff is super kind and polite and the atmosphere is great & I will definitely keep visiting regularly!
First photo is from Sknobs (unstable) and second photo is a different cafe with stable milk.
Try the homemade syrups in your coffee! ☕️ The quiche was bomb. Get there early for the cinnamon rolls before they sell out. They have non-dairy creamers.
Pro-coffee, pro-Jesus, pro-military.
Good place to hang out, bring the kids or read a book.

White chocolate mocha was delicious! Sweet but still tasted like coffee, no burnt or sour taste
Oatmeal with all the toppings was a hit!
Their bakery case looked pretty sparse when I got there at 10:45am on a Saturday, but that’s probably because everything is so good that everyone wants some!
Definitely worth the drive if you want a great coffee shop experience
Everything bagel was fresh, decent portion, cream cheese isn’t applied for you
Genuinely horrible coffee and slow service. Baristas have no clue what they’re doing. Any flavor you may receive from the espresso is drowned out by the amount of sugar they put in every cup. Perfect if you’re trying to get diabetes.
The only positive of this place is you get to sit comfortably while drinking a $9 latte that makes your skin crawl. I’m convinced they don’t even use espresso and just serve sugary milk.
The aesthetic of this place is amazing! Perfect coffee shop lighting, great decor, and pleasant music.
The day I came the service was fairly slow, but I assume that was only because they were training someone new.
