One of the managers that works there needs a huge reality check. I would be careful simply asking to pay for your kiosk ticket after 30 minutes of being ignored at the counter, so my order hasn’t even been processed yet, she comes up says “what do you want”, I proceed to say “to pay” she starts screaming at me about how she “won’t deal with my attitude “ I said all I asked was to pay.. she proceeds to scream more about my “rude comment” and kicked me out. Completely childish of especially a manager to treat a paying customer like that. I want to be contacted asap.

Quite literally the most rude people work here. I left the drive thru because everyone else in the drive thru drove away quickly so I followed suit due to the storm, and the tornado warning. Employees left the kitchen and apparently took shelter without saying a word to anyone in the drive thru. Once the storm died down they would not give me my food because I didn’t have my paper receipt. I have my credit card transaction with a time stamp which says skiatook mcdonalds. This place is run by scam artists who took advantage of the fact people were in a possible emergency and had to leave abruptly so they could stuff their faces with cheeseburgers and chicken nuggets that don’t belong to them. I’m sure I’m not the one person with this problem. Police are getting called.

I have been to many McDonald’s restaurants all over the country and I can say this was one of the cleanest, nicest locations I have seen. The self serving computers worked great, although I still believe in human interaction. The employees were fast and super nice. One lady even winked and smiled with her southern hospitality. It was very sweet. McDonald’s in Skiatook, Oklahoma, keep up the great service!!!

I’ve been going to the Skiatook McDonald’s for over 20 years, and my experiences over the last few weeks have been extremely disappointing. A few weeks ago, my order was completely wrong. Today, I decided to give them another chance because my kids wanted McDonald’s—and things were even worse.
I ordered two Quarter Pounder meals, and both drinks tasted off and the fries were cold. I also got two Happy Meals. My daughter’s was passable aside from cold fries, but my son’s Happy Meal didn’t include the nuggets at all—just fries.
Because this was the second time recently that my order was wrong—and because I had already had to drive back once before to fix a mistake—I called the store and requested a refund and a replacement meal. I felt that was fair considering the repeated issues and the extra time, gas, and money these mistakes were costing me.
I spoke first with Josh, who said he was a manager. He was rude, dismissive, and talked down to me. Instead of trying to fix the problem, he refused to help and hung up on me, even though I wasn’t using profanity or being threatening in any way.
I called back and spoke with Ashley, who also identified herself as a manager. She initially seemed willing to help, but after Josh yelled instructions in the background, she changed her response completely and told me they wouldn’t do anything either.
Having two managers treat a long-time customer this way—especially when the errors were on the restaurant’s end—is unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but the unprofessionalism, the refusal to correct the situation, and the lack of basic customer service were shocking.
I genuinely hope the owners or corporate address this, because after two decades of loyalty, I’ve never experienced service this poor at this location. Customers deserve better.

Worst McDonalds I have ever been to. they are using the fact that they are the only McDonalds in the area to overcharge for everything. Their meals are $3 more than any other McDonalds in Tulsa and their shareable BigMac meal is $8.5 more compared to the one in Tulsa! On top of the price, every time I ate here there was some kind of issue. Last time it was extremly dry Big Mac that was 100% premade in advance with no Big Mac sauce (It was in the middle of the day, they were not busy). Time before that extremly rude and unplesant red headed manager that wanted to charge extra for sauce while she lets her friends get in and take it themselves. I have been eating here for the past few months only because of the distance but now I drive extra 10 minutes to get my food properly made.

red headed manager with no teeth lets her friends in plain clothes get in and take sauce on their own but when i ask for extra sauce she says she has to charge me.. its free on the app why would she charge me in person? she ruined my dinner with her attitude that was not needed at all.. i eat there almost weekly..

Got a ketchup bun instead of a hamburger, and they gave me two wrong drinks and forgot the nuggets. Two trips to fix it. No one wants to answer the phone when call. Terrible place

I stopped in for lunch on Sunday. I ordered thru a person at the front counter that was very nice. While i waited and found a seat most of the tables were dirty. I asked the manager if it could be wiped down, she wiped it and left it wet. I had to put my tray down on the wet table. The fries were cold, i took back up and another customer mentioned that he always has to mention his frys being cold as well.
