It is Wednesday January 29th at 7:13pm. I wish I would have caught her name but it’s not on the receipt. Anyways, the women working tonight is the most beautiful soul inside and out seriously. Ordered a tuna and a hotshot. Staff was friendly which is always great but I get home and there’s literally 0 tuna on my sandwich. It’s bread, cheese and veggies. Not really sure how one can forget the ingredient that the name of the sandwich is. Was already a 20 minute drive there and back. Won’t be making that mistake again. Really unfortunate.

On Tuesday August 12th 2025 at approximately proximately 12 pm, I went to this Subway with my daughter to grab some lunch. We did an order using the app with a special 40% off on my footlong sandwich and she got a wrap. everything went fine. The food was fresh and was tasty and there was no problems with the order. Good job guys.

I stopped by after work, and there’s was this young dark skin lady with dreadlocks and some color hair, (without covering her hair at all) lashes with a young white man obviously was getting trained by her. First she wasn’t friendly, she was kinda rude, stunned face and training that poor young man with the worse attitude ever. She definitely look she didn’t want to be there or be a trainee.
Working with customer is not always pleasant, but you gotta make it better.

Ordered a meatball sub, and this is what I get for dinner at work at 3AM, not a single meatball! This was definitely intentionally! The owner needs to fix this! This occurred June 30th at 6:15 pm, I want my my tip back as well! This employee was too lazy to prepare more or thinks bad service is funny!

From what I can recall, this is the worst and most under trained subway I’ve ever been to. Communication is key, and making sure your customers feel welcomed. No smiles. No, hello. No welcome in. Just: “What bread? Cheese? Toasted?, what else?”. I wish I was exaggerating, but it really is that blunt. I won’t be returning again because half of the taste of food is the environment you’re in and the service you receive. Respectfully to the owner. If you want your business to thrive, weed out the bad ones or crack down on them.

I don’t normally do this, but tonight was the third and final time coming to this location. Same woman in there and has an attitude like she doesn’t want to be there. Rolls her eyes when you ask her to make something a certain way, and when someone enters the store she sighs and shakes her head in annoyance. Thought the first time maybe she just had a bad day, but went two more times and the same lady with the same attitude, then another worker with an attitude the second time. I understand very well sometimes working by yourself sucks because I’ve worked at a Subway years ago and have done it myself, but I’ve never acted like that in front of customers. Completely disgusted with the way she acted and will not be going to this location again

I went there today at 12:40 ish and the girl there was super mean to the customers and made a guy in front of me super mad for no reason, enticing him to anger. Super awkward for everyone there. They yelled back and forth and I could feel the tension… someone needs to go back and watch the cameras. Insane. I usually tip but I literally couldn’t get myself to. The coworker looked scared to apologize to the customers On her behalf. I was scared to do or say something wrong. There should be some kind of manager watching maybe ??

Went from one of the best to the worst around. 2nd time we’ve walked out in a week without ordering. Clueless employees who don’t acknowledge customers and certainly could not care less! Rude employees that must be trying to ruin this locations business. If you hate your job that much, QUIT!
