I ordered 16 wings through DoorDash, 8 Buffalo and 8 Asian zing. The 8 Buffalo were on top of the bag. When I received them and opened them, half of the wings were eaten and it was mostly bones. I have a picture of how I received them. Not sure who to blame but I need my money back immediately. I’ve never experienced anything like this.

We were super excited to try these wings out. We’re new to the area and left a handful of delicious wing places behind. The wings (that were supposed to be smoked, but weren’t) came to us in a pretty sad state. They were cold and flaccid. The jalapeno cilantro sauce was advertised as hot, but it was pretty much just weird, mayonnaise mild sauce. We gave it a chance, but won’t do so in the future! I would avoid if you’re used to crispy, flavorful wings!

Wish I checked reviews before ordering. Boneless wings were mediocre and had almost no sauce. Fries were stale, burnt, and had a mound of salt; literally inedible. Better off going to CD’s across the street.

Ordered from doordash as it’s near to my place. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering from here. They mixed up my fries and chicken. The fries are too salty and that made chicken more saltier after mixing them up. The chicken is very wet for which we r unable to eat them. Never ordering from here again. They messed up with my first order (god sent a sign not order from here) but ordered again and this is what I got in return.

I have really loved this place for a while but it seems like there service/attention to detail has dropped significantly recently. I put in an order for 16 wings and 4 sauces. I only received 13 1/2 wings they will put in a bone with about a nickle sized worth of chicken or the little end peice of a wing and count those as “wings”. On the same order I only received 1 of my 4 sauces, on the receipt it shows where the used a marker to cross off each item as if it was checked and accounted for. They marked off all 4 sauces when it was very apparent they weren’t in here. Don’t know what they are doing over there but it’s not working. You just lost a loyal customer and I really hope this comment helps some from having a poor experience with your business going forward.

It’s Chzili’s. No one likes this “ghost kitchen” nonsense! Accidentally ordered from here, thinking it was a dedicated place that specializes in wings. Nope, just just wings that were average at best, microwazved by underpaid employees. If you have a restaurant with a reputation for mediocre food, fix the QUALITY, not the name. Intentionally misleading consumers makes me want to avoid Chvili’s as well as “It’s Just Wings”! Look elsewhere…

Pretty shocked at the bad reviews, but I guess no one take into account how short staffed they and EVERY other restaurant are. The wings are great for the price. Sauces are super good, and while they are great with the fries they should be packaged separate because they do get quite soggy. If they did that I would give 5 stars

We ordered through Uber eats and got the wrong order. We ordered Parmesan garlic and medium Buffalo and only got Buffalo but can’t really call it Buffalo since the wings just tasted like dry peppered chicken and the skin was so tough we couldn’t even chew it. Bleh

I will start with the good. Sauces were very good. We had apple BBQ, Buffalo, garlic parmesan, chipolte and ranch. Now the bad. Fries were soggy and one was way overcooked. Wings were dry and kind of chewy. Not bad but not great. This place does have potential but definitely needs work. (Doordash)
