Great place!! Love the food, the atmosphere, and the employees. We couldn’t wait and we started eating before we took pictures – so some of the food is already gone in the pictures. We had the Carnitas Burrito (which was HUGE & stuffed full of delicious seasoned pork/carnitas.) We also the Beef Enchiladas – they delicious as well! The homemade tortilla chips are so good – as is the freshly made salsa. We will be back. Highly recommend. They are located right beside the Dairy Queen on Highway 10 – in St. Cloud.

My family of five had a fantastic experience at Sol Azteca! The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, and our server, Uba, was incredibly kind and fun to talk to. We started with the chicken taquitos, which were a hit (even the kids LOVED them,) and then enjoyed a variety of entrees including the flavorful Tostadas Azteca, creamy Enchilada Suizas, cheesy quesadilla, and loaded nachos. Everything was bursting with authentic Mexican flavors but mine and my husband’s favorite was the Tostadas Azteca.
We wrapped up with a delicious ice cream dessert that was the perfect sweet finish. Sol Azteca was not just dinner for the family but an incredible experience. We loved having conversations with Uba about the Spanish language. The whole experience was top-notch, and we can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend for anyone craving great Mexican food with excellent service.

After our first visit my family has made this our special occasion spot! The portions are VERY generous and so is the staff!! The foods very traditional, you can tell the carnitas is SLOW cooked! Highly recommended!

Loved this place! The inside decor and atmosphere was great, and felt super cozy. The server was extremely friendly, and definitely added to the experience.
The food was fantastic! We had the sampler appetizer, queso and two entrees. Everything was plated well, portions were generous, and just delicious food! The chips and salsa were an added bonus, and the flavor of the salsa was perfect to set the tone for the meal. Everything was really tasty!

My husband and I stopped here for dinner after a long trip to Moorhead and back to Princeton. Well worth the stop! Get service, very accommodating and polite and attentive. Food was great, the fundito dip was sizzling and tasted just as good as it smelled. The flautas were perfect.

Went with my family for dinner. Excellent Mexican food! I tried the carnitas taco plate, the carnitas was soft, tender, and flavorful. The service was 10/10. The owner was gracious enough to stop by our table and make sure all was well. He was kind, respectful, and so warm! I will be back with my family for delicious Mexican food.

I know the outside looks deserted, but trust me this place is open!
The food tastes good and the portions are huge! and worth the price!
This is located off of high 10 so even if you are passing through I would suggest checking this place out. Also the food does not taste hot and there are indicators on the menu telling you what is and is not hot.
Definitely a place to check out even on a budget.
P.s guacamole here is better than Chipotle and it’s not spicy all flavor
