This is the second time I’ve given them a chance and they messed up again. I ordered the Mixed Berry Yogurt Bowl on DD and got one tiny spoonful of yogurt, mostly granola, and rotten strawberries. There was even water inside the container. Completely unacceptable.Who would spend 12+ for this?!

For one it took me forever to get waited on. They walked past and did not address me for a very significant amount of time, but regardless of that the main issue is I got the Açai berry boost smoothie and found so many pieces of plastic blended up in it from what I assume was some type of label. Detox Island green- (Naturally sweetened) I enjoyed the low sugar content and natural flavor. If you enjoy a sweeter flavor, this smoothie is not sweet by any means.

This is the second time they have failed me. When you order a buffalo chicken wrap, you expect SOME chicken and not a buffalo LETTUCE wrap! I mean loaded with lettuce!!! Food service is getting out of hand, upping prices and cutting down product is unacceptable. Not a vegetable wrap!

I ordered this through door dash… with a smoothie, jalapeño corn, plus a tip that ran me $24. I paid double the normal price because it was door dash and this is what I got. The smoothie and corn were fine. I know they had to of seen this before they wrapped it up. This is the last time I will order from here, especially through door dash.

I wanted to share feedback about my recent order. I ordered an Açaí bowl and specifically asked for it to remain frozen (hard). I work less than five minutes from the store, but by the time I got to my workplace, the bowl had already melted to the point it was like water. I had to eat it quickly before I would have needed a straw.
I also ordered a buffalo wrap, but it was not wrapped tightly, and the contents kept falling out while I was trying to eat it.
I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can hopefully be addressed for future orders.

In the past month or so I have been here quite frequently for some quick easy nutrition, most of time I have no complaints at all. The smoothies have pretty good consistency, besides the fact that twice now (today being the second time) my smoothie has not been blended fully at all. There are large chunks of ice throughout constantly blocking the straw, as well as chunks of banana throughout. Quite disappointing as I didn’t pay 10$ for a smoothie to have to either chew it or reblend it myself.

I door dashed from this store and I can promise you it’ll be my last. 2/3 of my drinks were made incorrectly. Causing me to have to leave work for a remake totally defeating the purpose of door dash. And when I got there they were very reluctant to resolve the issue or the inconvenience of me coming all the way up there. They were rude and very unhelpful. Then to top it all off the remake was very distasteful. The fruit used you can tell it wasn’t fresh. Will not be back!
