When I ordered a chicken asiago combo and asked for the patty to be swapped to a spicy patty I thought it odd that it was a $6+ uncharge bringing my meal to $20?!?!
The person taking the orders entered an entire other sandwich…only reason for the 4 is from the mistake, but my kid will eat it when he gets home from school.

Every time I come in to order “Wendy” yes her name is Wendy greets me with a smile and always remembers my name no matter how long it’s been since I have been there. She is so kind and prompt to serve. I see her helping everyone at every station out while doing what she does as well. This is the kind of employee every company should not ever want to loose. You are so lucky to have her and whatever she is paid it’s not enough in my opinion. Thank you Wendy for many incredible experiences and great food as well. See you soon.

Let’s start off by the first thing, this Wendy’s for the biggie bag is $1 higher than the Wendy’s on Mill plain, so that takes a star. Food was great, service was great, drive through was fast. I asked for no ketchup and no mustard on my hamburger ad mayonnaise and it came just as I asked. Fry’s we’re super hot and had plenty of skin on them, these fries seem different than other Wendy’s. Chicken nuggets were hot and fresh, and hamburger meat was hot and fresh. I did get my straw and my sauce in bag. So other than paying $1 extra this experience was great.

Not very clean lobby, no employees that were cooking / behind the counter handling food were wearing hair nets and while I was waiting for my food someone else came in and wanted their money back because they found hair in their food…. Come on Wendy’s get your shit together

Just got home for drive threw and this is what I got for my French fries. The fries were soggy and kind of cold. Not what I expected for my meals since 2 meals cost almost 30 bucks. I used to love Wendy’s but with this kind of service I doubt I will be going back to this location. Also I asked for my receipt and they said oh its in the bag and low an behold it was not there. Other wise I would have taken there survey this time around.

To the girl in the drive-thru; great customer service, and to the manager who still honored my coupon although one of the items wasn’t part of the deal; thank you. Everyone here seems so friendly and nice compared to some of the Wendy’s in town (Camas 192nd)but I’m not going to point fingers.
Their new breakfast sandwiches are freaking delicious. The chicken bacon is actually legit and not what you’d get from a chicken nugget. The sausage swiss is incredible, highly recommended. I’m Lovin’ It! McDonalds doesn’t even compare.

Wendy’s chicken sandwich is my absolute favorite!! This particular Wendy’s always has thin, room temp chicken sandwiches. Every. Single. Time. I don’t have this problem at any other Wendy’s location. The staff seems friendly though.

Shared pic of the 2 jr bacon Cheeseburgers and the fries. Just pitiful 1 sliver of onion on each, they forgot tomatoes, not even put on full peices of lettuce or the normal 2 slices of bacon. Barely put any fries in and the food over all wasn’t even warm
