Burger King is a tried and true. This one is close to work, so it’s an easy stop for lunch. The place is clean and orderly. One thing about most fast food places…. you can see the kitchen. I spent a few years working on fast food kitchen equipment, so I know what it should look like and some tells that point to overall hygiene. I say that to say this…. the location is clean and they seem to be on top of their business.

Burger King is still my favorite. This one is the closest to my house and this time I went to the drive through. Even though there were about 6 cars ahead of me the wait wasn’t terrible. The lady that took the order made sure she got everything right. At the window they again verified my order. I thought that was great. They’re really trying to get it right. Food was as expected.

I’m leaving this review because the number they have listed doesn’t work. I placed an online order @ 12:09p and received my order at 12:27p. My order was incorrect and I wasn’t able to turn around due to me leaving an appointment and trying to return to work. The Chicken Sandwich was not correct, it was made with Mayonnaise which I’m allergic to. I wasn’t able to have it corrected at another location due to their inventory would be off. This wouldn’t have been a problem if I was dining and able to correct the order.

I normally don’t leave reviews. But this is gotta be one of the worst Burger King around. To begin with after paying with cash they did not give me the correct change back had to ask for my change and the lady called an attitude about it. Second, they forgot to give me my drink, and when I went back into the store to get my drink, they argued saying they gave it to. My trip to Houston was great until I stopped at this Burger King. Walked in and greetings were good . Ordered, received hot food, finished my meal and started to get a refill on sweet tea, TOOK LID OFF AND IT WAS A FLY IN THE CUP!!!

This location is next door to me, and I’ve lived there for over 2 years. Now there a new manager and a lot of new rules. This is the worst experience ever. The cups are smaller, but the prices are the same. I don’t like their food and now with smaller cups. I don’t have any reason to spend my money. Trying to change to save on products is costing you customers. Hope it was worth it. The Worst Ever
