While I was inclined to provide a more favorable review, the food quality was satisfactory, not exceptional. However, the portion sizes were commendable, offering good value despite the pricing. The service was adequate, without any distinguishing features. The ambiance was arguably the most positive aspect of the establishment. Overall, the experience was acceptable, but not outstanding.

Love love love the chicken teriyaki bowl!! I decided to get the large since I don’t live close by and rarely get over to Reno and I was seriously impressed with the humongous portions, I couldn’t finish it all in one sitting. Glad I got extra teriyaki sauce on the side because that stuff is delicious ! I also got a side of their edamame which was perfectly cooked and salty, I’ll be hoping to make it back over to Reno soon so I can get another bowl! 5/5, must try!!

The young man that was working was so welcoming. Help us with our selections made suggestions and was just so helpful to everyone and just so pleasant. It was really nice to see a young man with such great work ethic. Not sure what his name is but I know that he goes to Galena high because he had on a hoodie from there. Super nice experience

Ordered from Grubhub. Food was phenomenal! Got the spicy chicken teriyaki. Chicken had slight char and vegetables still crisp. Did not have too microwave. Wow, so healthy and delicious!

Truly some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received, clearly the attitude and lack of tact trickles down from management. I’m not usually one to write poor reviews but I couldn’t allow this behavior to go unmentioned. Not to mention that the food has gone down in quality and up in price. I’d advise to eat elsewhere.
We’ve been ordering meals for pick up over the phone from this location for years. Today we were met with irritation from the woman on the phone for asking such a thing, as if it were a major inconvenience. There’s a way to direct the conversation with a customer and it does not involve a condescending tone. Regardless of the employee possibly having a bad day, it should not be deflected to the ears of a patron. Some people prefer to not use the app! It’s not the end of the world, kindness and patience go a long way.
My friend was hung up on, and I was left on hold for almost 8 minutes before she picked the phone back up and hung up on me as well after a brief conversation charged with a nasty attitude. There was no remorse or apology from her or the manager when I expressed my concerns. I hope they learn how to train their employees soon because until then, they will be losing a lot of business. What a shame. To quote the employee in question before she hung up on my friend, “have a blessed day.”

Food is gross! Potstickers not good, filling is questionable and sweet…why? Sauce to dip them in is way too sweet. Not appetizing at all! Crab Rangoons are like wonton tacos, steak teriyaki bowl practically inedible! Must be skirt steak that looks like jerky with the worst teriyaki sauce ever. So disgusting. Guess I’ll use the white rice to eat with something I now have to make because this food is so gross. What a waste of money. The girl who helped me was nice but she has nothing to do with this poor menu selection. Awful quality of food. Worse than panda! Won’t ever be back and will warn others. Needs to be replaced with a completely new business. Teriyaki grossness. It’s madness to call this a restaurant. It’s the Macdonald of teriyaki. Nasty!

Place is clean and friendly staff. Food was OK. The Teriyaki Chicken was good but the noodles and fried rice tasted bland and boring. Texture was a bit hard and not full like a typical noodle from mongo. Needs the sauce otherwise it’s too dry.

I love their chicken teriyaki here. The sauce is so tasty on the chicken and there is a nice burnt/crispy outer layer. The dining area is clean and the lady was so friendly.
