Ticket #0040, Entered by Blake, 035921, 11/05/25, 5:56 PM. Ordered a large, thin pepperoni and 2 bottled drinks for carry out. Was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived around 6:20. Parking lot had 1 other vehicle and there were 2 men waiting to be seated. I used the restroom and went to the register.
I was met and I mentioned I had a carryout. Paid with card, drinks were given and I was told there was a few minutes left on the pizza. After a few minutes, I took the drinks to the vehicle, came back in and had a seat.
After about 30 minutes, the same person who took my payment, gave me the drinks and told me my pizza had a few minutes left emerged from the kitchen with a pizza for the other 2 people in the restaurant. As she walked by she asked “what’s the name?” I was dumbfounded and didn’t know how to answer. I stood up and upon her return mentioned that I had ordered my pizza over an hour ago and she took my payment a half hour ago. She immediately replied she would send her manager out.
I could hear her in the kitchen saying unpleasant things about our exchange and shortly, another person came out of the kitchen and asked my name. I mentioned that maybe they didn’t have the best person customer facing and gave my name. The apparent manager commented she personally had just cut my pizza and put it in the box. She went to the kitchen, returned with a box and set it on the counter near the register. She then opened the box, picked up a piece of pizza and set it back down commenting on the uncut pizza. I put the back of my hand near the pizza to check its temperature, it was not even noticeably warm. She closed the lid and offered to remake the pizza.
I pointed out that I had already lost a significant amount of time and had a distance yet to travel and asked to cancel the order and refund the credit card. She asked me to check the pizza, citing that she did not want to touch it (even though she already had). I checked it, I was able to pick up an entire 1/2 of the pizza due to poor cutting and melted cheese that had come back together and cooled. There was some awkward discussion, an offer of a $20 cash refund that was refused and another attempt to remake the pizza. I told her that I would just mark this up to life experience and move on down the road. Nothing else was said and I left with a $26.89 charge and no pizza.

Very disappointed that the buffet was not on Tuesday. Veterans Day. School out and band marching in parade . Many wanted to eat at Pizza Hut after parade. Employees did not even know there was a parade??? Many left because no buffet. The place was empty for lunch!!!! Way to lose business!

Employees are rude and inattentive. The food quality was terrible. Every table was dirty but there was not a single table being sat in. 15 years ago this was by far my favorite joint in larned. Today I don’t think I’ll be making another stop here, ever. Went to sonic after to get the taste out of my mouth.

When we first walked in all was good. They set us at a dirty table, even though we were the only ones in there. I asked for a tow to clean the table and never got one. Our order was wrong, no one asked to refill our drinks, we had to yell into the kitchen to have someone check us out. 2 lg specialty pizzas, 2 pops and a beer and 2 orders of breadsticks cost us $87! They never took anything off for messing up our order. We will NEVER eat there again!!!

So got dinner for for me and my girl and her son the pizzas have cheese in some spots and then in other spots none the meat was portioned out horribly they need to take their time this food is for customers not themselves smh

Pizza was supposed to be ready at 7:02, finally received at 7:33. Paid for sauces that I didn’t receive. One employee admitted to being asleep in the back, also made a comment about how they kept accidentally giving our pizza to other customers first. Then they made the wrong pizza, but hey Atleast they let us keep the overcooked cardboard hard wrong pizza and a 2 liter of THEIR choice right?!

Had what seemed to be new staff and no one shadowing him to teach him. Had no order pad so he couldn’t remember all of the order and we had to ask for the straws and napkins, drinks weren’t full. Pizza was good

What food was on the buffet was cold and the place wasn’t very busy no reason for them not to be able to keep up. Supposed to be a wing street version but there were no wings on the buffet. Service was awful and unfriendly. My daughter and I both felt really sick 30 mins after we left. Just a bad experience all the way around. I like Pizza Hut but this one was just bad.
