It amazes me that this location is never opened. When I tried to call it rang 2xs b4 getting a busy signal. The location is worthless. They should just shut it down. Why have a business if its never opened or operational???? Make that make sense… do the math. Ur fired

Tables were dirty. Soda was hot and flat,no ice. Was told machine was down,after we had filled cups but they did give us cups and fill our cups in the back. Food was just OK.

Terrible communication, terrible hygiene and an even worse wait time. Every single time I go here (which is often because I’m a DoorDasher.) the wait is extremely long even when there are no other customers. The never wear hair nets. And I witnessed an employee smoking a cigarette while preparing food. This BK is ALWAYS out of one thing or the other and I recommend never coming here.

Hours are never right. They open late and close early all the time and completely at random. The digital menu didn’t work twice. It takes a long time to get service and food. Flies everywhere inside. Overall probably the worst BK I’ve had to deal with. Sadly it’s mismanaged to the point it’ll probably close soon.

Staffed by all high school kids with an elementary mindset. Took my grandmother after her Dr. visit. It took forever to get the cashier’s attention who was horse playing with another employee, who then rudely glared at me as if I inconvenienced her by asking her to do her job. There was no manager on the property whatsoever. The food was messily thrown on the tray before I had time to even fill 2 cups, so I know it was old food. Other give aways it wasn’t made to order was we asked for no tomato or onion on grandma’s burger, and it still had them. Plus, you could just tell everything had been sitting under a heat lamp by how soggy everthing was. We were the only two customers the entire 45 minutes we were there and that was during the 5 o’clock rush. I guess everybody else in Canyon already figured out how bad this particular location is. Bad food, horrible service and horrible dine in experience. Probably won’t go back to this burger king again until improvements are made and they hire a crew that takes their job seriously and don’t jack around in the back shouting obscenities in front of guests, especially a 91 year old woman. Where’s the respect these days?

Usually the service and food is fine but they messed up part of my order
I came and ordered around 5:10pm, got back home at 5:30 and didn’t open the bag till 5:45 and realized they forgot my burger completely. I tried calling and their phone line doesn’t work at all so I decided to go back and made it there around 6pm
The burger I got was made incorrectly and I wasn’t about to make a third trip. Pretty let down as usually the service is good. I know they’re usually understaffed or overworked and if was a one time mistake. Just annoying go have to make multiple trips.
