But what truly sets this location apart is the service. From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff checked on us, offered drink refills, made sure we had plenty of sauce, and even pre-bussed the table — all with smiles on their faces.
The dining area was spotless, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and every little detail showed how much they care. Those things mean so much and don’t go unnoticed.

Mr Randy and his staff are great. Good food very nice service and really fast. In and out in no time. Decided against getting my food but Mr Randy helped out and got us fed. Thank you again and keep being great people.

The food was great as always, but I specifically want to highlight that the service here is the absolute best. In a world where service often feels mediocre or half-hearted, the Hazlehurst Zaxby’s is a standout example of taking genuine pride in a job well done. The restaurant was spotless (the floors were constantly being swept), and four different staff members checked on us during our meal. It is refreshing to see such dedication!

I got chicken strips and the EggRolls and Asian coleslaw. I didn’t care for the egg rolls and couldn’t even eat the slaw. The strips were good, and my last meal before this was AMAZING, so I’ll def try again!
