I personally had an excellent experience here from start to finish. I don’t normally eat at Jimmy John’s, however my friends wanted a quick sandwich. As soon as we got inside, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in deciding what to order. We decided to go with their un-wich option which is a lettuce wrapped sandwich instead of bread. The actual lettuce wrap was huge, crisp, and refreshing. It also was a little sweet which was pleasantly surprising. It held together perfectly while eating the sandwich.
No issues or complaints at all with this location, and if I needed a quick snack in the future, I would come back here.

Beware!
Got me a Broken tooth via the Italian Sandwich. I even was cautiously bit down and was shocked by the sound!
Corporate DENIED helping me, even though I spoke to many persons, about their hidden peppercorns that shot though the tight layers. They delivered it with my name on it.. now I must endure a year of recovery/proceedings to install an implant!
Notice how there is NO REPLY! Only regrets! No remourse! Run !!!!
If I could give a million negative stars I WOULD!!!!!!!!

I’ve never had issues with Jimmy John’s service in general, but this location has messed up my order the last two times. I should learn my lesson and unwrap the sandwich to make sure I’m getting what I ordered.
This time the Beach Club turkey sandwich was some sort of roast beef. I gave it to an unhoused person just now, so at least it didn’t go to waste.

Visited this location last night and I have never been more disappointed with jimmy John’s. I went there because I was in a hurry and jimmy John’s is always so fast. No one was in the store and there was 3 workers there sitting around after I ordered my sandwich. It toke them over 5 minutes to finish 1 sandwich. I always feel hungry after eating jimmy John’s because it’s just mostly bread so I paid for extra meat which they still put hardly any on. The worst part was one of the workers gargled his throat and spit into the trash then proceeded to make my sandwich. Definitely lost my appetite after that. Normally the staff is very friendly and fast but very disappointed from this experience.
