Amazing family owned restaurant. Placing orders is easy. Food is always delicious and comes out quickly. Menudo on the weekends. Small but cozy with plenty of seating. Friendly customer service. The only issue is that the bathroom is downstairs. The entire facility is very clean and tidy. Parking is limited because of neighboring businesses. Street parking is also available.

I tried this place for the first time.. food was very nice and tasty.. the restaurant is small but cosy and wonderful.. you could feel simplicity and authenticity there.

Ordered a combination chorizo and al pastor. Total came to $10.95, though regular is $7.50. Never paid extra other places when asking for meat combined, not extra.
Burrito was small / medium sized.
Hot sauces were really good.
Burrito had excellent flavor.
A little messy, but expected with chorizo.
Definitely not enough for the money, especially with a $2.50 upcharge for the meat combo, but not double meat

Stopped in on my way home from work to pick up something for dinner. Ordered a burrito with rice. The burrito only comes with beans and cheese, all other fillings add $1.00/filling. I added lettuce and tomato. The food was prepared fairly quickly and my total cost was $14.00. When I arrived home and began to eat I found the burrito wrapped very loosely and the meat was spilling out. I also noticed that I couldn’t see ANY cheese or beans. As I bit into it there definitely was NO cheese and perhaps a tablespoon dollop of beans. The asada was nice and tender but basically lacked flavor. As for the rice it was obviously GOYA Mexican mix boxed riced and it was watered down with nearly no flavor. Perhaps I have been spoiled by the burritos at Lomeli’s in RLB on Cedar Lake Road. But I will not return to this business.

In a pinch, they’re good but service is so-so. Also, they hardly ever answer the phone! It feels like they just don’t want the business.

I haven’t been here for a few years now, so I decided to come there today and get some tacos. And they were exactly like the last time I had them! They were really good, nice size, and well seasoned! I definitely recommend this place to anyone who doesn’t like bland food!
