Absolutely delicious Mexican food that I was blown away to find in a town like Sweet Home. I’ve been to all the Mexican restaurants in Lebanon and Sweet Home. And a few in Albany and Eugene. Out of all the Mexican restaurants I’ve been too since moving up here from Texas, this is by far my favorite. The beans and rice are super flavorful and moist. The street tacos are crazy good and super cheap. Especially on Friday. The chips and salsa are super good too. I’m personally not a huge fan of their hot sauces but they arent terrible. I generally use the salsa as a topping on my street tacos.

$5 for 3 tacos Friday special. That was a super good deal, and tacos were really loaded. Also they had free drinks and a free Christmas cookie! Really nice staff too. Flavor was great, not amazing.

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place.
I don’t usually write to many bad reviews, but my experience here felt like a health hazard waiting to happen. The food was questionable at best, and I genuinely feared for my well-being afterward. If you value your stomach and sanity, skip it. There are plenty of spots that won’t leave you wondering if you should call a doctor.

I rarely leave review, but this place deserves a shout-out on their food. I was raised in Arizona & lived many years in California, so have eaten a lot of Mexican food and the pork burrito (wet burrito) was the best that I can remember having anywhere!

A couple things went wrong here: first, i asked the cashier for a burrito with shredded chicken three times. Any good burrito needs shredded chicken, onions, and cilantro. She told me she heard. I was excited to try the place, so much so i doubled my order and got two burritos to go. What did i get? Greasy burnt gobs of chicken caked with grill gunk. It made the burritos almost inedible and i had to pick the charred bits out. There was also a careless foil wrap job, and bits of foil were stuck to my burritos. I hope my experience was only an unlucky occurrence, but it is frustrating to clearly and redundantly request something and have it completely ignored. My colleague’s order was also taken incorrectly, and they ran out to us at the last second with the rest of their order. Other than the above, the other ingredients were ok. As i said, i was excited to try the place, but some things need to change.
