Pretty quick service and they were cleaning often around us. We had the Roast Beef Sandwiches with Lettuce, Tomato & Mayo! Delicious! Drive thru was busy the whole time! We rang the bell! Kind staff & worked as a Team! Close to shopping & gasoline. Convenient to I64 & 119. Minutes away actually! Safe & clean!

It was the first time I’ve tried Arby’s burgers… And I must say the one I tried was delicious… And the presentation of it was good too it looked fresh and the veggies on it were very fresh too… I had the double cheese bacon burger.. cost me about 8 bucks so that’s not too bad for such a good burger… Didn’t have to wait long on it either… Arby’s. They have the meats LOL

I went to the location drive through. I ordered the Hawaiian fish deluxe with curly fries. This was 12:43pm
After waiting a good 10 minutes i received my meal and pulled away. Who doesn’t like to reach in and grab a couple fries while driving.
the fries are not even warm, after the wait they should have at least been hot.
Skip the fries let’s get to the fish. Not even warm and it look like it was slapped together and someone did the squashed fish patty on a bun soggy tomato wadded mayo and the cheese look like it was two days old on the counter .
Sorry guys 2 bites and done.

Got 2 fish sandwiches from the drive thru. Be sure and check what you get before you leave. I do believe my sandwiches had been sitting under the heat lamp for a few hours. Fish was dry and hard. Won’t be going back here for awhile.

Most meals are really good here but every bow and then you get a meal with dead fries or dead mozzarella sticks. We got the new box meals and by the time I got home 20 mins later, all the fries were WAY DEAD so you could tell they weren’t fresh and same with the cheese sticks. The chicken on the sandwiches was over cooked, I didn’t even eat mine. But like I said that was once out a bunch of trips. Also I don’t recommend the steak bites at all on anything or by themselves, they are always burned black and hard as rocks so don’t waste your money. Service is polite and only gets backed up every now and then. But if ya want fresh fries and cheese Stix, ya just gotta tell them. We will definitely eat there again.

I have been going to this Arby’s for many years. Today June 28th, 2024, I went through the drive thru and ordered the limited edition chicken bacon ranch loaded fries, when I got home and started eating it, I noticed a Black Hair on one of the fries. I was very disgusted and have never experienced something like this. I’m also really disappointed because this arby’s normally has good service.

I love Arby’s so this makes me sad, but the last visit was so truly awful I have to review. I decided to try the turkey club the other night. Usually I stay with sandwiches I typically get, but it sounded good. First, they gave me the entirely wrong sandwich. They gave me the other turkey sandwich with stuffing, which I would never eat. I went in and showed them and they made it right. Then, I ate it and it definitely wasn’t great. Really not even good. And the turkey seemed tough and hard to pull apart. As I got to the end I was full but didn’t want to waste the meat and cheese so I pulled just them out. I took a bite and it still tasted weird. That’s when I looked at it and realized part of it was completely raw! Well, I ended up with food poisoning. That was Tue night. This is Friday and I’m still sick. I genuinely love Arby’s and I go to this one all the time. I’m so upset about this. I don’t know what’s going on, but I hope the staff get it together and fix what’s wrong. Can’t say if I’ll be back. This one is hard to get past sadly. We’ll see.

Just tried to stop in for lunch. The drive through line was backed up so I went in to the counter. Who I think was a manager, left me standing there on crutches for about ten minutes. Not only that, she kept walking up to the register and starting to act like she was about to take my order, then in a very frustrated tone, would say “hold on please,” and walk away. Every time she walked away she appeared to be doing some petty conflict resolution stuff with a coworker. She was crazy persistent with it too. Totally ignored all the customers building up in line to ReSoLve HeR cOnFLicT. Then another employee who’d noticed I’d been standing there on crutches for a long time tried to take my order and she stopped him and said, “ I didn’t take his order for a reason, we’re too backed up.” Gross experience.
