I came her after my sister told me about this place with my daughter. The decor and atmosphere is very inviting and relaxing. There are plenty of seating and tables to sit and enjoy your food and/or drinks. The menu is just right and plenty of options.
Me and my daughter ordered boba drinks which were brien sugar milk tea and I ordered a lychee slushi. My daughter said her brown sugar milk tea was absolutely delicious and I the lychee slush tasted great as well. It wasnt too sweet and the portion was great as well. The boba (tapioca balls) were chewie and the right consistency which we both found perfect.
The girl that served us was friendly and answered our questions with a smile. There are 2 other boba spots closer to our house and we are willing to drive farther for this spot because the boba is great. We look forward to visit again and try their other menu options.
This place is worth it visit and try especially if you’re in the south Orlando area!!!

Stopped by Boba N Chill in Southchase Plaza tonight and had a great experience. Adrian was the one who helped me, and he was super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. He answered my questions about the menu and made the whole visit feel easy and relaxed — exactly the kind of vibe you want at a boba spot.
I ordered a matcha milk tea, and it was really good — smooth, not too sweet, and the matcha flavor came through perfectly. You can tell they use quality ingredients because the drink tasted fresh and well-balanced. It definitely hit the spot.
Overall, Boba N Chill is a great local boba shop with solid drinks and even better service. Adrian made the experience even better with his customer service and chill attitude. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area! ✨

Bershabie, the only girl working mid day on a Sunday, was let’s just say, not thrilled to be there. Firstly, this place inside is “pretty” to look at. Its a sauna. No AC, we’re in Florida. We step in, she’s in the back, “churning” boba like its butter, in a bucket. No “hi”, “welcome in”, I work in retail. I know you’re never 100% all the time. I can understand that energy when its packed and your exhausted. We were the only two people inside. After 5 minutes of no acknowledgement of our existence, im thinking of walking out. My boyfriend insists we stay, and we’re both standing at the register, and i have a serious temptation to tap on the bell glaring in front of me. She finally approaches, with no warmth or semblance of any good customer service, gives “I dont know” answer to basic questions about the menu items, and honestly I didn’t care anymore to keep talking to her, just ordered something easy for her to understand and make: a passionfruit tea with tapioca boba.
We wait. 10 minutes pass. No music or background sounds inside either, so we’re left to wait for our food and boba in dead silence, while she opens and closes cabinets, turns on an oven and keeps churning boba. We feel uncomfortable to break the dead silence and honestly laugh at the ridiculousness of the situation we’re in. I’ve been to MANY boba tea establishments. I get you can have a bad day. But for a place to be “pretty”, a sauna with no running AC, the only employee on a Sunday afternoon shift coming across as unapproachable and unfriendly is hardly the type of place I’d recommend anyone going to, or ever coming back to.
The drink itself? Bland. Watered down with 5 ice cubes for a “regular” size. The tapioca at the bottom of the cup in a massive glob, probably the result of how much she was “churning them” beforehand, when we first walked in.
Terrible service, mid quality drinks, and pricey – overhyped in my opinion. If you want to go to a “pretty” establishments for cute photos and whatever, sure this place is fine for that. Quality and customer service? Keep looking elsewhere.

Clean and “chill” atmosphere. Valentina was working and she gave me great recommendations (fried chicken dumplings and passion fruit milk tea). I had a great experience here thanks to Valentina. Would definitely come again.

Great atmosphere! The drinks are delicious, Francheska made our matcha milk tea and pineapple milk tea and it was SO GOOD. I usually don’t like matcha but it was amazing. Francheska is the best and so nice. The ambiance is great too very nice decor. The chicken Momo was great. Highly recommend.
