We love this place! Everything was beyond delicious. The atmosphere is lovely as well. Clean, bright and airy. We split a beef Empanada, a Potato Gouda Knish and a cup of Carrot Ginger soup. Will definitely be back! Thank you for the creativity that you put into your food.

Finally I hit the right day and right time to get a loaf of sourdough bread from The Bread Mine. I should let you know that I am an addict, addicted to sourdough bread and I was so happy to find a local source to fill my needs. I munched on samples of the marble rye and bought a loaf of the Fig sourdough. When I got home l wished I had also bought a loaf of the Rye. But that’s for next time. They’ve just added Thursdays so now between 9:00 and 2:00 Thursday through Saturday you can have some of the best bread in the valley. Hopefully I’ll get there early enough next time to try a pastry. I am delighted to have this wonderful bakery open in our community.

I am very impressed with the quality of the bread and bakery products. I purchased the Mother sourdough bread. A chewy interior with a crispy crust and a true distinct flavor. European quality. Every bit as good as being in Italy. Imagine if they made pizza.

The people here are wonderful and the food is excellent. My only concern—and this is feedback more than a complaint—is about the way tipping has become the norm in many modern restaurants.
At this establishment, as in many boutique coffee shops, there’s no table service: you stand in line, place your order, pick up your food, pour your own drinks or coffee, and seat yourself. Yet, the payment system still defaults to charging a tip. This feels frustrating, especially if you’re just buying something like several loaves of bread to take home. In those cases, no service has been provided, but you’re still prompted to tip.
Of course, customers can adjust or remove the tip, but it feels like unnecessary pressure. I believe it’s worth raising with business owners that a better model would be to set fair menu prices and pay staff a living wage, rather than relying on tipping culture to supplement income.
To be fair, this is not unique to this place—it’s a trend across many coffee shops and bakeries. Perhaps I’m just old-fashioned, but in my opinion, tipping should reflect service, not replace wages

Wow! What an amazing store! The staff are so helpful and friendly, and the baked goods are fantastic! The baker is an artist. We’re telling everyone about this new bakery.
