This is one of my favorite places for lunch because it has GREAT food, reasonable prices, and the staff is friendly. I think that everything on their menu is really good, but I like their Reuben sandwich, chicken wrap, and pecan pie the most. The sandwiches and sides are always good and they also have plenty of healthier options to choose from.

A lovely welcoming spot, easy to feel right at home as soon as I went in. Friendly and attentive staff and a cosy atmosphere. TVs with sportsball games on to watch if you like, and great Autumn style decor when we were here. Heard about the V&T Ruben and was not disappointed, it was delicious. I would have loved dill pickle spears instead of burger-style pickles but they were still tasty and rounded out the ruben experience with the ridged chips. Delicious cakes in the case, tried the lemon bundt cake and loved it. Wish I were local as this would be a regular go-to.

We’re still new to Lynchburg and we just discovered this 25+ year restaurant. Nice lunch spot with a warm atmosphere and friendly staff. My cheese steak sandwich was very tasty and my wife really enjoyed her Reuben. We’ll be back.

I came based on the high reviews and I LOVE supporting local establishments and the adventure of trying a new place.
I do not like leaving low reviews but must be honest here.
I found it cramped and furnishings uncomfortable, the decor cheap and gaudy, the food way overpriced and uninspired, and the service downright slow and unprofessional (despite this I left a generous tip).
I ordered the quiche combo that came with potato soup and a fruit cup. The broccoli quiche was ok but SMOTHERED in thick cheddar cheese that diminished any other flavors. The potato soup (tiny portion cup) had cream and potatoes, that’s it. No herbs or other spices. The fruit was a a tiny cup and it tasted like it had been left in the fridge one too many days after slicing.
I was really hoping to like this place but don’t think I’ll be back.
