I looove coming here! If you like spicy, I recommend the Tantanmen Ramen bowl. My fiancé has tried almost every ramen bowl they have and he has loved them all so far. The Kani Fries annd the Hawaiian Poke Salad are my favorites. I haven’t tried anything I didn’t like here. The waiters and waitresses are always so nice! I could go on and on. Definitely recommend.

A chill was in the air and seemed like a good opportunity to warm up with a nice bowl of ramen. Promptly greeted and seated by staff. Wide selection of ramens and appetizers to choose from on the menu (we didn’t look at sushi options). I went with the spicy beef ramen, the beef rib that’s included made the decision for me. Very tasty, I stuck with regular spicy but there were hot and fire for the daring.

Now this ramen place is probably the best I’ve found in Louisville personally. Their broths are rich and flavorful, the toppings are always quality and in good quantity. And their sides or appetizers are standout. Especially the pork buns. The sushi rolls are basic but solid and a good price. Overall you can’t go wrong with this place when craving a good bowl of ramen.

Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. Despite the restaurant not being busy, our waiter was inattentive, leaving our drinks empty and failing to check on us throughout the meal. This lack of attentiveness really took away from the experience. If this is how the service is when the restaurant is slow, I can only imagine how bad it would be on a busy night.
Overall, while the food was decent and the sushi and curry chicken were enjoyable, the poor service is enough to make me hesitant about a return visit. If they improve their customer service, this place could be a much better dining option.

We’ve always wanted to try Hokkaido Ramen and Sushi, and we’re so glad we finally did! The ramen was packed with rich, bold flavors—definitely some of the best noodles we’ve had. The sushi was fresh and beautifully presented, and every bite was amazing. We also loved the variety of teas—my daughter had hers with boba and couldn’t stop raving about it, while I chose the pineapple tea, which turned out to be a delicious surprise. Friendly service, cozy atmosphere, and great food—we’ll definitely be back!

The Crab Rangoon is really good. I ordered a spicy crab poke bowl but it had a TON of sauce in it. I ended up paying for additional rice trying to tone some of the sauce down.
Something else to note is that the galaxy tea has a floral note to it even if you order a flavor like strawberry.

Ordered this on doordash and had to double take. There are eggs on top also so good. The Galaxy tea was good the octopus was good too so was the Hokkaido roll sushi, but to be great they need a star dish considering we love trying new foods. The pork chashu don not only was original but delicious and worth going back for. It is grilled pork belly with signature sauce on a bed of fried rice with a soft egg. It was amazing and will definitely be back for again.
