Went for brunch with my ladies. The place is really cute and has such a nice, cozy vibe—perfect for sitting, talking, and taking your time.
The food was okay. Not bad at all, just didn’t really wow me. The drinks were good though, and that definitely helped the brunch mood.
Overall, we had a nice time. It’s a good spot to catch up with friends, just not somewhere I’d rave about for the food. I’d still go back for the vibe and drinks.

In March 2025, I contacted The Farm House Restaurant through its website. I was searching for a venue to host my “big birthday number” brunch in April. The director of food and beverage, Hans F. promptly emailed me and courteously answered all my crazy questions. Planning this event from thousands of miles away was a bit scary for me. There were many email and phone exchanges.

Not to worry. In addition to their colonial charm, their kitchen and staff could handle my group from their menu. We had a bright, private room and were able to come the night before to set up.

On that busy Sunday, the staff was warm and professional. Even with special food requests, our order was promptly served. I could not have been happier. A beautiful venue surrounded by loving family and friends. Thank you, Hans, Skippack Farm House Restaurant, and staff

Recommend by friends decided to try the restaurant for lunch. As my first time I felt disappointed with the limited options for gluten free allergy. The dishes had a lack of taste and presentation. The fries were refried in oil, dry and salty. In addition there were flies flying around the table. I must say the service was very good and attentive and they took good care catching the flies with a special gun for flies. Lastly, the restaurant offers indoor and outdoor dining.

Stopped at this lovely converted house on the public golf course for lunch while in the area. A small bar for of golfers leads to a modest dining area with linen tablecloths and charm. Service was terrific and the waitress had great recommendations for perogies and soup as appetizers. Lunch entrees of house special burger with sweet potato fries and cheese steak with draft beers from the bar. Try the special house maple mayo with the sweet potato fries.
We stayed for dessert of carrot cake and red velvet cheesecake. A delight- well be back in the summer to try out the outdoor patio and fire pits.

Delicious food in a quiet area. The farmhouse itself is beautifully restored but the outdoor patio seating overlooking the golf course is absolutely the best place to be on an autumn evening!

*update 2/24 – I just discovered they have a lovely upstairs dining area that can seat about 25 people – would be perfect for a small group gathering.

First time here. Small, very pleasant restaurant. We were seated immediately, and service was both friendly and professional.
We were there for lunch, so I can’t comment on the regular dinners. My wife’s French Dip and my hamburger were fine, no complaints.
Plenty of parking. Farm House isn’t very close to our home, but we would like to return.

Great place for a date night. Small main dining area made it feel intimate. I got the bison short rib and my wife got the scallops. Both were very good. The short rib was slow cooked and very tender. The scallops were seared just right, without overcooking. Calamari appetizer was very good as well.

A hidden gem. I pass by Stump Rd on 73 twice a day but never realised The Farm House existed. Excellent service and great atmosphere. Menu choices were good and food all came out tasting great. Dark side of the Moon chocolate cake was one of the best i’ve eaten.

Live music made the whole dining experience great especially since we sat outside! Staff is super friendly and the food was top notch. Our neighbor works there and we wanted to try it out and we were not disappointed. I never had crème brûlée before and I had it tonight and it was delicious.the salmon was also very yummy!!!!
