Pizza was good. Delivery driver was nice. The prices on their online menu quoted $22.99 for a midium pizza Garlic cheese stick for $12.06 We gave the driver $45 to cover the order + tip. We were charged $30. 49 is pretty expensive for a medium sized Pikes Peck pizza when your expecting 22.99. When we realized the cheese sticks were missing we called to ask where they were. The driver brought us back the $10 that was supposed to be for the delivery & tip to cover the missing cheese sticks. I hope you reimburse him for the tip he lost for your mistakes. Also, please up date your website prices according to sizes. It’s way too vague. First time ordering this way & probably the last.

The pizza was really good, I enjoyed the thicker, soft crust and they didn’t skimp on the toppings. The mozzarella sticks were large with lots of cheese inside and the garlic knots were a hit with our group. They have a decent selection of beer on tap. The staff were friendly and did a fantastic job with our large group, especially since there were only two staff there and a handful of other groups eating. I would recommend Mountain Mike’s over many of the other local pizza places.

I must say a bit “pricey ” for what you get. I was skeptical to try this place because I have had pizza from their other restaurant in a near by town (was greasy and horrible). I did however at this spot have a mediocre pizza nothing great nothing horrible. The pizza was served rather quick after ordering but the fries were dry and had little seasoning .They did have a small arcade that the grandchildren enjoyed. I must add every table was filthy, every napkin dispenser was empty. I did see them replenish the buffet bar regularly with fresh pizza but I noticed many of the people getting pizza from there using their hands to gather pizza and other food items. The employees did not say one word about them using the correct utensils it basically seemed do a free for all grab and touch everything till you find what feels good. I have a feeling it could be better if possibly staffed better. I saw 2 people running the whole show.

I had a punch card for a free all you can eat. I forgot I had the card. Tried to use it and they would not honor it. Bad business practice. They might not issue them anymore but they should honor the ones that have been issued.

** Edit after multiple attempts with Mountain Mikes have to drop 3 star down to 1 star, multiple times ordering have had issues. Tonight I called in with a coupon for $18.99 Any Large 1 Topping Pizza (picture attached) girl who answered the phone said no it’s $19.99 and needed a coupon number. I was put on hold 3 times as she came back with the same answer, and would not honor their own coupon? There’s no expiration date, no code, only stipulation says “valid only at Grants Pass Oregon location” last time I checked that’s where we’re at. Take a look at the photo it couldn’t be spelt out any clearer… What a terrible business model – Create a coupon with no expiration then don’t honor what you publish and make your customer feel stupid reading it multiple times! No reason to go back or recommend** Never thought another pizza place would make Abbys seem affordable… The pepperoni pizza was really good, but a touch greasy – Crispy pepperoni cups, good crust and overall flavor, but too expensive and doesn’t have nearly the amount of pepperoni slices as pictured. If it wasn’t for a coupon we would have never tried it, regular price is $24.30 for a 1 topping pizza?! They are barely cheaper than Abbys but Mountain Mikes (large) is only 14″ compared to others 16″ We also ordered garlic bread for $5.00 it wasn’t worth $2.50 it was 2 pieces of toast with a little garlic and a slice of cheese (pictured.) They would do so much more long term volume if they had more affordable menu prices. You shouldn’t have to download an app or search for coupons to buy your family a decent pizza… Their price puts them in a “treat” category for the average family something to splurge on once or twice a year. I hope they find success but i’ve seen many pizza places come and go after the initial buzz dies down. I would suggest pricing 1 topping pizzas lower and survey what the average families needs are in this economy. Will try the pepperoni again, but not in the near future good luck MM!

Where to start… we paid 18 dollars for a lunch buffet that was sad. I’ve got some lovely pictures for the owner. Your employees not only didn’t change the nasty salad bins, but dumped fresh lettuce over the old. The pizza was good, the two slices that we there. The counters were filthy and the employees didn’t do much of anything walking past the empty buffet line. I get having to make the pizza but there was no salad and it was just an awful experience.

Regardless of what anyone might say… this is the best pizza place in Grants Pass. Not only do they have excellent products but if they screw up, they will go above and beyond to make you happy. Treat them with respect when calling about your wrong order and they won’t just credit you for the wrong order but also delivery fees. They’ll even pay close attention to what your correct order should look like. People make mistakes all the time, orders get mixed up or timing might be off especially on busy days. If you have concerns and address those concerns to employees with respect no matter how upset you might be, Mountain Mike’s will treat you like the King or Queen you deserve to be treated as. I’m very impressed with their service, I’m very thankful for such an amazing staff. Don’t listen to thise 1 star people cause those people have been mad all day long or their entire life and just wanna blast whoever they can. The GM and all his employees are amazing people that will go out of their way for you as long as you show them respect when you call to complain. They don’t mind the complaints and will make your order right in a way that pleases you up to the full value of the wrong order. Just an excellent team. Bravo Mountain Mike’s and thank you for making me a very satisfied customer

We placed an order last night for the first time for delivery. First I must say the their Pizza is always delicious but ours was cold. It took 1 hours and 15 min. for them to get the food to us. I called to find out why it was taking so long. I was told the driver dropped our sodas and then got a flat tire so she had to return to the restaurant to get her own vehicle. I understand things happen. But I spent over $100. on pizza and drinks. There was no call or text to update what was going on, nor was there a discount for cold Pizza. Although their pizza is amazing that’s a lot of money to spend on 2 large and one small pizza and a few drinks. Only for it to arrive late and cold.

Ordered a $26.30 medium pizza for take out. After imputing the order I was prompted for a tip of between 0-20+ which was ludicrous for a take out pizza. Agreed to pay at pickup which I did. While paying I was again prompted for a tip. Was the $26.30 fo the medium pizza not enough? What service was provided? What is the obsession with “tips”? It’s a business killer!
