A Muncie Experience
An increasingly rare dine-in location that still has its signature red roof! Great pizza and Wing Street wings! Service was great! The buffet and salad bar was unfortunately removed during the pandemic. Food was excellent and well prepared. Dining room was in the process of cleaning when we picked up our to go order. Clean restrooms! Good deals and specials daily!

We order from London Pizza Hut almost Daily and spend a large amount. Usually we get the Hot Wings which are usually leaking all over everything but most of the time we just clean up the mess and let it go. One of the delivery drivers ASKED for a tip and the food was a mess. We called and got a credit. Today I received the pizza in the picture, So I called and asked if they could bring me a new one and they could take this one back? I Explained that the toppings were in the middle with about a 2inch crust around. I was told it would be 2 hours delivery wait and then put on hold. When someone came back on the line She stated she was the manger, I already had 2 credit (which I don’t know why since I had only complained a couple of days ago) and that SHE made my pizza so she knows that it wasn’t 2 inches. I asked to send her a picture and she refused. She said every time we order we seem to have an issue. She then said “I have pizzas to make and there is nothing I can do” She then hung up. We spent a lot of money at pizza Hut at my company and YES we expect the food to be prepared correctly not just thrown together. I also expect the delivery driver to not be telling me i need to add a tip. I know the attitude I will get about “if you’re not happy just go somewhere else” Which we will do..

We’ve ordered Pizza Hut several time’s in the last year that we’ve moved back to London and quite honestly it’s been awful, but I’m thankful we were willing to try again because the pizza we got last night and the bread sticks might just have been the best we’ve ever gotten from the franchise. It was not only picture perfect but the tastiest as well! In a year and a half it’s the first time we were able to get bread sticks, which we love and they were made and cooked to perfection as well. Only complaint was that we ordered extra marinara sauce for bread sticks and we didn’t get the extra’s. I don’t know what they’ve done to improve the quality and overall experience at this London location but I sincerely hope it continues. I know we’ll become more frequent patrons if this quality continues.

Was told things were improved with the recent change of management so my family was excited to give this place another try. Went in at 8:35pm on a Friday after my daughter’s softball game to dine-in and was told at the front counter that the manager said they were not taking any more dine-in customers for the night even though the posted closing time is midnight. Terribly disappointed.

Takes 20 mins to answer the phone for then to tell you they have a two hour delivery time… Plus when ever you call them they have an attitude problem or hang up on you for no reason! Just because I had two orders? There been many times where they
1. For gotten items for a delivery (my food). Then tell you that they will be right back (their store is five minutes where I live). For them 45 minutes later the store closed, never came back. Then getting an email WITH A COUPON!?!!
2. The attitude think I am I mentioned earlier just because a I want to make sure they have the right address and be I had another order and they got mad at me and hung up on the phone because I said I had another order. So when I did call in for an order I felt uncomfortable and anxious to speak with someone, because I felt unwelcome.
3. Awful delivery times for some reason about every other time when I call to make a delivery, they always have some kind either there is a two hour wait or they aren’t delivering at this time.
Then when you do reach out to them through email about this issues, they ghost you. Save the headache and go to a different pizza shop. Because it’s not worth it anymore. If I could give no stars I would.

I made an online order last week and an hour later still was in the “making food” stages. I called the local number and it was actually a call center of some sort, only to be told the store closed early. I asked shouldn’t someone let people know this before ordering and allowing online orders to be made and paid for. Or a phone call letting people know they closed??? I asked for a refund and was hing up on. I called back, got a different individual this time and he said they’d refund me in 48 hours. Very dysfunctional restaurant.

The pizza was good. I gave it 2 stars because of the atmosphere. The employees were making loud obnoxious noises that you could hear the whole time we were in the dining area and the employees were vaping in the store and sometimes would in front of customers. Yes vaping is not the same as cigarette smoke but it still looks unprofessional when they have customers in the store. I can see why this location didn’t have hardly any customers. Waitress was nice. I also believe that the waitress could have charged me for 6 fountain pops instead of charging me for a bottle of pop because there fountain machine was down. I feel like it could have been cheaper that way…maybe not. I am from out of town and probably won’t return to this location.

Ordered from this location tonight. The food doesn’t taste fresh at all. I got there 20minuted after placing the order and yet the food feels, looks, and tastes like day old pizza. Even the breadsticks were way over cooked/hard/stale. This is my first time ordering from this location and my kids and I are both bummed about the poor quality.

This place is disgusting. Service and food are horrible. Not sure how they even have 3 stars. I stopped eating here for good months ago. Every time I ate their food this year, I was running to the bathroom with an upset stomach (I don’t have this problem at other pizza places).
The last 3 times I went I kid you not, they gave me the wrong food every time and I had to take it back and get my correct order or get things they forgot to give me. It doesn’t look the cleanest in there either. This place just needs shut down.
