We arrived on Bainbridge around Noon on a midsummer Saturday to find the town overflowing with tourists like us. We were hungry and low on Caffeine but all the places on Winslow Way had lines out the door. Luckily, just a block down the hill we found this gem with ample room. We were immediately impressed with the selection of baked goods including many gluten free options. The espresso was on point, and the Quiche was fantastic, delicious with a perfect flaky crust. We had a gluten free strata that was a delight. We couldn’t resist the blackberry bar either, a buttery sweet treat that was also gluten free. We’ll definitely be back.

I had a delightful experience at this cafe! The baristas were incredibly polite and welcoming. The cozy ambiance was perfect, especially with the windy chill outside. Bonus points for the thoughtful touch of a pup-cup for my dog. A wonderful spot for a mocha and more!

One of the best coffee shops in Bainbridge Island. The cakes was also amazing. The staff were super friendly allowing us to stay and rest after our boat trip. The atmosphere was generally quiet and nice. The latte will always be an excellent choice. They also had a range of ice-creams.

Nice, cozy place with fairly good coffee. Unfortunately, I waited so long for coffee that I almost missed the boat back to Seattle. Otherwise, good offer, enough seating, nice service. I definitely recommend stopping by when you’re passing by and have enough time for waiting. Sweet was super sweet but fine.

Tasty and unique sandwiches. Price is great for the area. Service was good but staff did not follow through with a request for sauce on the side. They were sold out of Acai and some smoothie flavors when we went. Cozy atmosphere, not the best views but the price makes up for it.

Convenience is key and that is what this place depends on. Located in downtown Bainbridge, it is super easy to find yourself just lounging around here, but that is it. The food, the coffee, prices, and the service is less than average. Unless you are looking for a place to lounge around and drink bland coffee and canned breakfast food I would skip and go to another nearby coffee shop in Bainbridge

So it was raining. And cold. And we were tired.
Twas in another lifetime, one of toil and blood
When blackness was a virtue the road was full of mud
I came in from the wilderness, a creature void of form
Come in, she said
I’ll give ya shelter from the storm.
And that’s exactly what happened. Staff were friendly, personable, muffin was great, hot chocolate made my wife happy and for the win, was the mocha latte. I can’t eat sugar and a lot of places don’t carry sugar free options (not hip enough) and when they do, they dump so much flavor in that it ends up being sweeter than a bee’s butt in a magnolia flower. I suspect it’s because they never taste the product.
This almond latte was perfect. I got to have a sweet treat without going into diabetic shock and we had a moment of peace to finish a busy day.
Many thanks! It might take awhile, but we’ll be back.

We were wanting ice cream, and we found this place, which is also a café. It was in the middle of winter, but we were able to have a nice scoop of ice cream and enjoy the nice ambience of the café.
