We got the burger, breakfast sandwich, smores pancake and pups. We loved the smores pancake 10/10. Everything else was amazing minus I think both meats were dry. The pancakes were so soft and fluffy, very good.

My first time having brunch at a truck was a great one. It’s rare that your food looks like it dose in the picture, but this spot nailed it. Winter was making it’s self known so I ran back to my truck as soon as I got my plate, but I was very happy with the overall experience.

Griddly Bear is a great gluten-free option at the Springwater Cart Park off 82nd Ave. It’s a 100% gluten-free food truck serving weekend brunch until 2 PM. I first found them on the Find Me Gluten Free app, and when I saw one of their TikToks on my FYP, I decided to give it a try.
We ordered the fried chicken sandwich, pancake burger, and an order of the pups. Everything came out quickly, and the food was tasty and satisfying. The pancakes stood out—they hold together really well (which isn’t always the case with gluten-free!) and were delicious.
We already enjoy this food cart pod, and Griddly Bear was a solid addition. We’ll definitely be back!

Love the food and the service is great!! I came by here for lunch and the cute red Griddly Bear truck caught my attention. The breakfast sandwich was delicious. My favorite were the pups which were deep fried mini sausages dipped in a savory pancake syrup. I highly recommend getting a side of cajun tater tots! The house made tot sauce had the perfect spicy kick to it. The staff provided a very welcoming environment and I’ll definitely be coming back!

I found this place from tiktok, and I was SO EXCITED to try it. I literally dragged my partner the next morning to get it. The food is SO delicious. It’s like a better quality mcgriddle. I asked if the pancakes could be gluten free, and I got the implication everything was gluten free, but not 100% sure, so if you’re celiac, double check. The wait was a little long and the parking is a little sketchy. The owner (?) was a little quiet and stone faced (but also FOIIINE). I would absolutely come here again, it’s just a little far for me.

Pros- You get a pager once you order so you can relax in your vehicle while you wait. The staff was friendly and took my order quickly. The chicken sandwich was delicious.
Cons- Even though it didn’t seem like a lot of people ahead of me it took an extremely long time to get my food. The pancakes themselves tasted bland plus the portion is very small. For the Blueberry pancakes I asked for the fried bananas on the side but they put them on the pancake anyway.
They seem like nice folks but they just need to make some improvements.

I was on my way to the beach and decided to stop by for some breakfast food on my long drive. Probably not the best food to eat while driving but absolutely delicious. I ordered the pancake burger and it hit the spot. Very filling and I was shocked at how reasonable priced the place is! I’m pretty picky on my food and could tell that they use quality ingredients. Very unique menu that Im looking forward to coming back and trying.

I didn’t know a breakfast burger could work, but boy does it work! The pancake buns work so well with the patty, bacon, and eggs. It melts in your mouth with flavor. Adding syrup is icing on the cake. Just make sure to eat it above your plate or you might get your shirt dirty. There is a juicy runny egg when you take your first bite. That adds to the experience though. You have to try it for yourself. It filled me up and I wasn’t even hungry during lunch. I’ll be back for sure.
