As a professional baker and one who worked with laminated doughs 6 hours a day 5 days a week…I can say Rose Street delivers the goods. The lamination is perfection. The flavors are excellent. The textures and oh…the butter…perfect. One of the closest to France/Lausanne pastries I’ve had in the USA. I can’t leave a better review than to say it’s near perfect and I will come back every time I’m in the city. I will also tell everyone I know in the area about this place.

Picked up a couple of croissants, 1 scone & a loaf of multi-grain bread. Tried all but the bread, really good pastry though. I definitely will go back to try other items. Atmosphere was very nice. Staff was nice too.

Probably my favorite pastry place of all time. Innovative flavors, soft and delicate pastry; a variety of other absolutely delicious baked goods. Hardly ever a line. I only wish I lived nearby, I’d be a diehard regular!

Great tarts. This place is good all around. The pastries are aesthetically pleasing and very very tasty… I have yet to find a place in mn with better tarts. Their bread is also good but not on the same level as their pastries. Sometimes the crumb is not perfect and the crust is not as developed as it should be but still a great loaf nonetheless. I didn’t take anything away for this because I know that might be some people’s preference. They have ice cream too I think but I’m not sure how good it is. However their monkey bread and croissants need work. They were very dry and felt old. The chocolate in the chocolate croissant was also poor.
Customer service is always world-class and easy. Parking can take a sec when busy but just go down one of the side streets and walk for a sec and you’ll be fine. There’s also this really small parking lot that im not sure if they own but its tucked away and often full.

We stopped at Rose Street Patisserie because my daughter wanted to try macrons. We ended up purchasing a chocolate mousse and the assorted macarons. I didn’t care much for the macarons, but my daughter loved them. The chocolate mousse was decent as well. I’d like to go back and try some different items.

The pastries are fantastic!!! The tea was pretty good too. Pretty busy on a Saturday morning when we went. Had to wait a few minutes to seat a party of four. The atmosphere does not match the high quality of the pastries. It’s okay, but not great.

This a delightful patisserie. The food is utterly amazing and consistently good. The coffee is first rate. The staff are welcoming and always pleasant. I intentionally go out of my way to visit this little corner patisserie to fulfill my pastry needs.

Negative experience. Our hot cocoa for four was lukewarm. Server was very pleasant.
Awful location as this corner has regular protesters on the corner. Lots of honking etc.
I would not recommend this establishment for a meeting, study time or a relaxing experience overall.
