Stephanie is one of the worst managers. Covers for her employees mess ups ( her son) , refuses to fixed messed up order and refuses to give contact info to above manger so she can’t get in trouble. Highly don’t recommend unless you’re there watching move by move to make sure it’s done right . Sloppy thrown together messy uneatable sandwiches. Then expects you to drive back with proof you spit out the food.

Ordered a Spicy Nacho Steak foot long.The thing was drenched in some kind of cheese sauce, I mean smothered. Siracha, sauce, no cheese slices. It was dripping there was so much cheese sauce on it …….disgusting and through it away! $13.63 for crap, never going back!

I’ve tried this subway a handful of times when dinner gets too late to cook. Tonight, I placed an online order. It gave no option to get it toasted. I thought “no big deal, I’ll call and tell them.”
I called about 10 times and the phone just rang and rang and would eventually hang up. I get there, ask the young kid working there if it’s by any chance toasted, he blankly looks at me, and says “it doesn’t say on the receipt” I then explained I had no option to get my sandwich toasted online, and after calling more than once with no answer, I’d like it toasted.
This is what I received. The original sandwich, warm, soggy, disgusting mess. Went straight into the trash.
I’ll settle for ramen next time when dinner gets late.

Definitely digging the upgraded location. It’s bigger, has a drive thru, and way more parking. It’s handicap accessible too. It’s Subway, same sandwiches, better location.

Most of the time it’s fine but every time I get a Turkey Italiano, and it’s over charged?! Other than that it’s a 5 star. There’s no reason I should be paying extra meat when that’s not what I’m getting. It has happened three times with 2 specific employees. It is sad they are not considerate for their customers.

My experience was horrific, It started okay when I was sitting at the drive-through then I pushed the bell at the window. An employee acknowledged me with a head nod, so I waited, And I waited, eventually, I went inside to place my order. After getting the bread, cheese, and mustard on my sandwich Rachel asked me if I was at the window I acknowledged that I had been she started to tell me that they did not accept orders through there any longer. I commented that it would have been nice for someone to have told me. She became extremely rude asking me, “Can’t you see how busy we are?” I said she was being rude. I asked the boss or her employer.
She said she could not give me her boss’s phone number, and she did not know what the Corporate phone number was. Then to top off this encounter they threw away my sandwich. I have most of this encounter recorded on video and it will show that even though I did not raise my voice I was being abused by her.
As for being too busy, not one single person was in the restaurant until the end but he got to order and sit down.

The food here is usually pretty good, but the prices have gone way up over the past couple of years.

Although I’m usually satisfied with the product, they have made mistakes. But what I have consistently noticed is that, with a few exceptions, the employees here are very indifferent, unfriendly and apathetic. Most of them do not smile and act like they’re there for just a paycheck, nothing more.

I feel that if people are going to work in customer service, they should take pride in their work. The sour attitudes of the employees at this location make me hesitant to go there more often. With the higher prices, I would appreciate and expect better quality service.
