I gave specific instructions on where to put the pizza, not only didn’t the delivery driver not follow instructions but put the pizza on the ground. I called spoke to the manager Chris explained the issue told him the pizza was still outside to have the driver come pick it up and refund my money (his response was okay I’ll have him come right back to get it). To my surprise I go outside to a trail ants because the driver never showed to pick up the pizza (unable to post the video showing trail of ants). Thanks for nothing Domino’s absolutely horrible service.

Jamiel was a great worker who talked to me the past few visits I have came here. He was very nice, great service, excellent, outstanding, his nose piercing was very shiny. The pizza too was great. But overall Jamiel was the best part of the experience.

*UPDATE* The additional pictures show what happens when you order no cut. This is embarrassing considering every Domino’s pizza box has guidelines of where to cut and they can’t even cut all the way through the pizza.

This has to be the single worst dominoes I have ever gotten delivery from. We wait over an hour from when our order was placed called up there and they said it was on the way and we still waited 30 minutes for them to make it a city block. All of our food was cold the pizzas weren’t fully cut. I would recommend just going to somewhere else for pizza

we ordered a pizza with alfredo sauce, chicken, and buffalo drizzle on top. it had no alfredo sauce and no buffalo sauce on it. we went back up to the store and showed them, and asked for it to be remade. no refund. we just wanted it to be corrected. the pizza we got was literally just bread and cheese and chicken. the guy at the front register said yes we can remake it, he went to the back to remake it and the manager stopped him and told him no. the manager came up to the front and proceeded to yell at us and tell us we were wrong and he would not be remaking it. we showed him. and he didn’t care. he claimed it was made correctly. i showed him the receipt were it clearly says we ordered alfredo and the buffalo and he just kept yelling that he wasn’t going to remake it. absolutely insane. what a waste of money, and a complete downer to our date/movie night we had planned. first time ever ordering from this dominoes and we will without a doubt never attempt to place another order with them again. avoid this one. go to papa john’s.

Wait an hour and 20 minutes to get the wrong order when I called back to get a refund Jessica acted like it was too difficult to refund me the money to give me a discount on the wrong items if you’ve got an extra hour to kill and like cold food please order from this Domino’s I’m sure you will be just as satisfied as I am. Salad looks super not fresh. If you could give 0 stars that’s what I would have done.

I’m 100% done with dominoes. I understand things happen but this isn’t the 1st or 3nd time this has happened. The last time I called and was told “I have no control over it, if you want you can drive up here and ill remake it”. This shouldn’t have ever left the store and whoever cut this brownie had to notice it wasn’t right. You can’t even pick it up its so gooey.
