Barista was very nice and polite, though another lady working here complained about a young child accidentally placing their bike in the a section of the handicapped parking spot; despite having no other room for parking. The lady then announced the individual who parked there will be fined a hefty amount. When no one claimed the bike, she and a polite bystander then went to go take it and call the police. My bike had tipped over, no where near the handicap parking, and this lady proceeded to pick up and PLACE my bike into the handicap parking. We had to go outside and explain that my bike was never in there and had been placed there by the worker, the man helping was apologetic and thanked us for the clarification but the lady never apologized or said anything about the situation and the potentiality of loosing our bike due to her ignorance. A little while later some teenage girls were standing in the line and moved over to talk, clearing a way for potential customers despite no one being behind them anyway. She then came over and yelled at them to sit down when they were just trying to talk to each other, whispering, not blocking anyone who was sitting or trying to order . She was not wearing a name tag, but was wearing a black Starbucks long tee-shirt. My friend and I are weekly regulars at this location for years and have never been treated like this before. We never seen this lady before either. This was extremely rude and unprofessional.

I have been here multiple times (because I live near this location), and I can gerente that if you go there, you will have amazing service and, most importantly, AMAZING food! 100% recommend this location to anyone. It is much nicer than any other location! Love you Starbucks, your number 1 fan!

Typical Starbucks. Very nice staff and good customer service. Everything is overpriced. Easy to navigate parking lot for easy in and easy out. The line in the drive through goes quick.

Wanted a protein box. No protein box available. Asked for a water since I had to wait in line because of multiple people ahead of me. No water available if I don’t make a purchase. Great, not my fault you’re out of protein boxes definitely made my day a lot worse because they were so rude about the water.

I cannot for the life of me understand why this drive through is so slow. I can see gaps between ordering and getting drinks. Meaning there’s not a good flow inside. The drinks are always fine and the staff is super nice. But you gotta keep it moving. I’ve been here 5 times in the last 2 months, and always there’s a line and always it’s 15 min or more to get a drink. Which is just too long.
