Absolutely the most disgusting food establishment I have ever been in. Rotten milk all over the ground outside, employees are too busy talking & working the drive-thru to take your order at the counter, soda machine is caked with old gross build up, every table is dirty, trash on the floor and counters, an entire table in the front reserved with employee drinks, computer, and vape. After sitting to eat we observed the employees eating nuggets and fries directly out of the serving bins and another employee was non-stop eating the oyster crackers and sticking her fingers in her mouth. Then she was holding the fry boxes by touching the inside top with that same spit-covered hand to serve customers. The manager was present during all of this @ 2:01pm today 5/6/25. This place needs to be shut down, it is a health hazard. At the very least the health department should be looking closer at the filthiest place I have ever been in Chillicothe.

I don’t typically leave reviews but I have been to this location multiple times as it is the closest place from home and from work. Let me tell you, after the dayshift crew leaves this Wendy’s location needs to just close for the night.
Multiple times my order is has been wrong, so I stopped using the mobile app to go to the drive through instead.
Tonight the order was correct but the food is as if it sat there for 4 hours and the spicy nuggets were as hard as bricks. My spicy chicken sandwich was the messiest thing to try to eat. Cold fries. The only thing I was happy with was the coke.
The worst part was the person, working the window, was being rude to the person ordering behind me over the intercom. Then once they pulled around the person working the window continued to complain and discuss the customer who just ordered as I sat waiting for my order with my window down.
I absolutely refuse to go to this Wendy’s location in the evening again. Don’t waste your time or money if you’re going here after 6pm.

Wendy’s is the only fast food chain I know of, that is consistent. May not sound important but you know the quality of the food you’re getting you know what it’s going to taste like you know that you’re going to get good service.

DO NOT GIVE THIS WENDY’S ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS OR MONEY! Every single time I get food or drinks from this location specifically I regret it instantly. The food is always always always cold and hard. The staff is incredibly rude and show no respect for the customers. And this is not just 1 or 2 of the workers, it has every worker. I have ever been in contact with this Wendy’s. I tried to avoid it at all costs but sometimes I still have to break down and go there because of the time limit on my lunch is very short. And wendy’s is the closest, so I don’t know, but I do not recommend at all!

To charge someone for sauces is unacceptable. Some people do not like ketchup and to charge someone for a dipping sauce that is not the normal is discrimination. I hope you change this policy or lose many customers.

Fast foods finest. Worst service ever at any Wendy’s I’ve been to not to mention the filthiest. Placed an order for 2 breakfast sandwiches and seasoned fries, after waiting 10 minutes one of the “cooks” came to the counter and asked if I wanted to wait for fresh sausage as they had burnt the sausage or substitute for bacon. I chose to wait for what I had ordered so I guess the additional 10 minutes was on me lol. When my sandwiches were done I watched the server throw the potatoes from my bag(which had been sitting 20min) back into the deep fryer basket and fill the containers with “fresh” potatoes. (Feel sorry for the next person)
Can’t say I will ever go back there. Do better Wendys!

Fast and hot food, everything I’d expect from Wendy’s. Hey spicy chicken combo and a dinner bacon cost me $14 so I was a little disappointed in the prices, but everything in this world has gone up. Staff was friendly enough and greeted me when I walked in.
