Great dining experience from start to finish! Family was kind in taking my order and recommending selections for myself/partner. Then the food came out quick and hot. We got a house salad and split a large pizza with different toppings on each side. Portions were great size and we even had enough for leftovers. Would recommend and will be back!

I’m sorry I really wanted to rate this new mom and pop business highly. I cannot. We ordered a large cheese pizza the other day. It was ridiculously small! 8 small slices! One person could have easily eaten the whole pizza, maybe two. There was very little red sauce although there was lots of cheese. I have never seen a “large” pizza so small (except for the frozen ones you buy) and no, it was not a medium size. The lady did not give me a medium size by mistake, so do not use that as an excuse. The ticket said large and so did the receipt. We were very disappointed. Back to Pepes we go. You are no comparison. At Pepe’s a large pizza feeds our family! I’m sad to write this review but I have to be honest. I strongly suggest if you want to make it in this business you need to make a large pizza the standard large, and use red sauce. All and all the pizza was of poor quality

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hidden Gem Alert – Bill’s Brick Oven Pizza (Morris, CT)
Stopped into Bill’s (Wood Oven Fired) Pizza and what a great find! This is a true mom-and-pop spot — literally. Met the owners, an older couple who couldn’t have been kinder. It’s a small operation, so don’t expect them to be cranking out huge volumes of pies, but if you’re into that small-batch, craft pizza vibe, this place nails it.
The pizza itself was excellent — you can really taste the care that goes into each one. Just the right amount of charr and it cooked quick 3-4 min. Just know you’re not getting your standard extra-large pizza here; these are more artisan-style pies, but at a price that’s honestly too cheap for the quality. I even told them they should raise their prices, so maybe go try it before they take my advice!

We love their pizza and we always order extra char and extra cheese. Their sauce is amazing. Our favorite pie is a pepperoni and onion with extra cheese and extra char. We recently ordered seven pizzas for a family gathering and every pizza was a hit, with the meat lovers and Fig-a-licous being the favorites and the cheese pie a winner with the kids.

Just to start! I have 3 stars for atmosphere, because it’s really a take out! They do have one table. When I go to a new place, I always look up the reviews. When you see mostly 5 stars & 1 with 1 star. The one star said, “Large is ridiculously small & of poor quality with several other ridiculous comments.”I brought a large & it was very good & a good size. This reviewer said they are going back to Pepe’s. The following is a review of their favorite pizza place. “ Extremely soggy & floppy center even when cooled down.” So, I say go back to Pepe’s & stay there while I enjoy Bill’s non soggy pizza!

Morris, you have a new culinary star. Bill’s delivers a crust that is a bit, but not too charred, with a nice amount of chewiness. The sauce is also well balanced – not too sweet, not too spicy. The toppings are delicious. Atmosphere for a take-out only place is also excellent – friendly folks in a clean, well-lit space where you can admire the basil for the Margheritas growing on the window sill. As for the people who gave bad reviews based on the size of the pies: it’s too bad they let people who can’t read do reviews on Google. Bill’s makes it very clear that the pizzas are 12 inch or 9 inch. The prices are appropriately sized. So just order more pies! You won’t regret it.

Figured we would try it out since it’s new and local. We’ll certainly add it to our list of pizza go-to spots. We picked up a couple of large pizzas. Some of the reviews worried me about the size. But they were plenty big enough and tasty. And if the price upsets you then you need to stay home and make your own. Compared to other places the price is good.
Not to get too out there… but the flavors were nice and balanced, distributed well from dough, to sauce, cheese and toppings. Good as fresh and hot. And good this morning as a cold, quick breakfast.
Go try these folks out. We ordered on the phone and picked up in 30 minutes on a Friday night. Watched a movie and enjoyed.

My husband and I have been so excited since this spot opened this year! Amazing staff, great pricing and delicious pizza each time we get it.
