The True Texas Tacos concept, which H-E-B launched in San Antonio in 2018, showcases a menu of more than a dozen breakfast and specialty tacos made with the freshest ingredients. Tacos range from traditional Tex-Mex offerings such as bacon & egg and bean & cheese to specialty bites such as barbacoa and chopped Texas brisket. Customers can even get creative, mixing ingredients to make their own unique, specialty tacos. All flour tortillas are made in house and corn tortillas are available upon request. I am just now reaching out to state that yes, the tacos are good for the price. However when ordering through grub hub or uber and you request sauces, which is on your receipt, you will not ever get them. They do have a salsa bar inside which you can make your own, but if you ordering for delivery , they are left out every time 🙁 as a 16 year veteran in the service industry, why do the employees continue to do this? Would they want their items to arrive without what they requested?

I usually love the breakfast tacos from here. Today’s lunch, though, was completely inedible. The tortillas were absolutely drenched in grease, making them some of the worst tacos I’ve had. I hope this can be fixed.

First of all the breakfast tacos are pretty good. They have really good prices and you tend to get a lot of food.
However, this place cannot seem to get our order correct. We have ordered from here 6 times now via GrubHub. We have gotten a correct order once. Today we got the complete wrong order and had to get a full refund. It wasn’t even close. I hope they can get their stuff together because it seems like a good deal, but until then it’s not worth wasting the time or money.
Update: This place messed up my order several more times since the original review. So much so that Grubhub now charges me a $6 fee if I want to order from here. Looks like I won’t be ordering anymore.

I love this place! They have the best daily deals in town on their breakfast tacos! They are super generous with the fillings and the prices are incredible! The people that work the front counter are also very friendly and have such a welcoming attitude! The guy with the beard is a super nice guy and he greets me every time I go in to get my tacos! And the blonde lady that works with him, as well as the others always go out of their way to be very helpful and treat customers like old friends! They definitely know how to keep people coming back! Keep up the great work!
