This was our first time trying this restaurant. The chips were bland with little salt or flavor, but the salsa was tasty. The meals themselves were warm and everyone ate, though the food overall lacked seasoning. The restaurant was clean and the service was friendly, but our server did place very hot plates directly in front of our 1-year-old, which could have been unsafe.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement in both flavor and attentiveness.

Wanted lunch and this place has amazing food. The steak and chicken fajitas were to die for! Food was piping hot, sweet tea was on point, and love the chips and salsa. Amazing spot to hit up if you’re in the mood for some Mexican food. Will not disappoint!

The tacos were generously portioned and the flavors were delicious. I had the trio of carne asada, carnitas and al pastor. The steak was good and tender, the al pastor was some of the best I have had with nice chunks of pineapple. Service was great with my drink never going empty. The atmosphere and ambience of the restaurant was very clean and well themed. The complementary chips were warm and crispy and very tasty. The house salsa was very nice with the chips. Their mild salsa was nice on the tacos and their hot habanero salsa was flavorful with a slow burn vs painful heat

Great little restaurant in a small town. I had the habanero nachos which were a large portion and really good. They made me a jalapeño margarita on an off menu request and it was spicy and one of the betters I have had. 5 adults at dinner for under $100 is a decent value.

Wow. It’s very rare for me to leave a review and this was by far one of the worst places I’ve been. The waitress immediately was rude and clearly did not want to do her job, leaning back and staring at the ceiling in her chair and had RBF. She never refilled drinks and when the food came it was maybe lukewarm. Zero seasoning to the meat and tasted bland and old. The waitress was never to be seen and when we got the check, the only thing she could bring, we went up to pay. Tips are earned and not mandatory, you give crappy service and are rude, you don’t deserve a tip. She demanded my husband give her at least 20% for doing nothing. When he didn’t she had an attitude and said “typical” clearly making a racial sexist comment which if it were flipped would be unacceptable. So we gladly will not recommend this restaurant or ever return. Even people around us left plates of untouched food.

No one was at the door to greet you. Empty tables with a wait to get seated. Nothing impressive on the menu. About your average menu for the area. Prices are a little much for serving size. No hot sauces on the tables. Getting the food took longer than expected. One person asked if I was only having my drink and the chips since they saw me sitting there with nothing else for a while. It is new so I will wait for a month or so and if they are still open I’ll try again. I really like Mexican food. I have eaten food in Mexico. This did not so much remind me of that.

Still find it odd not to have salsa for my food. May wait another few months to come back. Guess I shouldn’t expect authentic Mexican food.

It’s pretty sad that we call in an order wait the quoted 20 minute wait time. Show up to the restaurant and the staff is too busy making their own food and eating rather than taking care of the paying customers. Not to mention waiting another 15 minutes for the food to be made. Had to get a photo for proof. Customer service here is horrid.

Food was good. Service was the worst I’ve had. Ordered food and people at the table behind us was just leaving and said it was the worst service they have had. They brought my wife’s chicken but nothing that was supposed to come with it. Five minutes later they brought my meal…. Everything but the tortillas. Then couple minutes later brought my wife’s sides. Still no tortillas! Had to ask 3 times before we got them. We ordered a to go order for kids and had to wait another 10 minutes after we were done eating and was ready to leave before we got it. NEVER GOING BACK!!!

Ok. I am California Born. Most Mexican restaurants are ok at best in Indy. This place severed very good food. But they have home made hot sauce which was the boom. I was told I only had one so I have to come back. Found out the sever lengua tacos so you know I am going to be back. So for not being downtown this was very good and I will be back… oh one more thing prices are good.
