CHECK YOUR BREAD! I ate nearly half of a meatball sub and my wife spotted MOLD on the bottom of the bread.
I called the location and while I was on the phone the manager said to an employee, “Y’all need to check the bread, that’s the second one”. She refunded my order, but what kind of compensation is that for eating mold?!
Unacceptable. That is gross negligence that it happened once already today, and God knows how many people ate moldy bread and didn’t see it. Just disgusting! Place should be shut down by the health department and completely sanitized before reopening.

I love going to this firehouse subs! Every time I go in there everyone is so nice and they always make my sandwich exactly how I like it! It’s nice to be able to go to a restaurant and know they’re going to take care of you especially for someone like me who is a picky eater and likes things modified. They always ate happy to accommodate. The owners are also some of the nicest people I’ve ever met!

Great subs near our vacation location. We bought a lot of subs after a day of shopping and cleaning out the garage. Service was quick. Everyone was happy with their footling subs. I ate my meatball sub and split it for lunch & dinner. The only downside is how expensive it is compared to similar places.

Great service! The only reason I’m leaving 4 stars is because I think it is absolutely absurd and really says something about the owners to not allow their employees to take tips. I think they should all get service jobs where the owner think highly enough of them enough to allow them to be tipped!

I had my 2nd bad experience at the Monkey Junction store tonight. Excellent food and service usually good. I got two hook and ladders and one Thanksgiving sandwich. I was asked if I wanted the gravy for a dollar and I said yes. I got there and my bag was ready so I paid and took it home. When my wife opened the bag there was no gravy. To my wife ,that’s what makes the sandwich. So I proceeded to call them and the young girl that answered and I told her they forgot to put the gravy in the bag. She said I needed to bring my receipt and they would give me the gravy. I checked the bag and there was no receipt so I told her I didn’t get a receipt. She again said she needed the receipt to give me the gravy. Already aggravated
