Contrary to the other reviews, i had a great experience here. The guy loaded up my bowl and didn’t tell the cashier, who was distracted in conversation with a manager. They were so pleasant. I got double chicken with added guac and cheese for super cheap! Will come back! With friends!

I went to pick up order placed online one hour before the closing time. The restaurant already had chairs stored away and place was filthy. Seemed like they had already thought the day was over an hour before closing. Then they tell that they had no rice – how do you run out of rice? Took them another 25 minutes to cook rice. Total 45 minutes from placing order to picking up the order. Fan of Chipotle, but this restaurant truely is the worst location

1.16.26 – Updating my review as I have experienced a catering order and have had a few more visits to this location.

Increased to 2 stars because it does seem like someone at Chipotle corp mentioned their weak portioning as an issue….unfortunately, they’ve only buffed the portions on the cheaper ingredients.

They’ll load your bowl with rice and beans but skimp you on protein. It is so disappointing watching your server REMOVE chunks of steak or barbacoa from your bowl.

We chose this place to cater a work lunch and the same thing happened. We had POUNDS of extra beans and rice while we ripped through the steak, chicken and barbacoa. Ratios were bad and Chipotle is still being selfish. Hopefully they’ll start hooking us up like they used to.

The Guac was brown. The food in the front line is always empty. Tables are often dirty. Quality of the food truly isn’t bad when they have it but it always looks like they are almost out of the stuff.

I think Chipotle as a brand, lost its way.
I don’t blame workers, but corporate/franchisee.
Sunday evening and the place is empty.
Five guys next door, the same thing.
Ordered burrito and chips and queso – for almost $20 (no drink included) you get one scoop or rice, one scoop of barbacoa beef, sprinkling of cheese and some corn…
Personally, I think chips could be complimentary – $5 for some chips and small cup of cheese dip…?
Drink fountains we’re empty.
Would I come back?
Probably not if you look at the amount of food that you get and price you pay….

UNWRAP EXTRA- this chipotle refused to give us a free entree and double charged us for a burrito. I showed them the email stating that 3 tacos equals an entree after the employees insisted that the deal meant three tacos PLUS free one. Totally frustrating and WRONGGGGGG. Called headquarters to inform them of this incorrect deal day they were trying to sell

Yall are tripping. 2.4 stars make it 5. No make it 10. God this chipotle is so good. I dream about it. I live for this chipotle. This chipotle has helped me through three different divorces. This chipotle was here for me when my children left me. This chipotle is the best to come out of this earth. I’ve never had a bad bowl here. I savor every bite I take of my food. I sit and ponder about this chipotle. I could live a state away and still travel to this chipotle for my veggie bowl. God bless this place

My server said her name was Ava when I had asked. I came in around. 5:40 today, and to say it was extremely busy, is an understatement. It was clear that the atmosphere was stressful, but Ava had kept her composure. As I watched her coworkers scramble, Ava had taken most of the orders from said coworkers and turned a lot of bad experiences, into great ones. I had watched her jump from order to order, position to position, from cashier to mobile orders, to back to cashier, to taking in store orders. It seemed like she was the only one who knew what she was doing. She was communicative, welcoming, and passionate about her job. Give her a raise!

Just dropping by to confirm all the other 1 star reviews. This place is an absolute dumpster fire. We’ve given them the benefit of the doubt 5-6 times and always disappoints.

Today it was filthy as usual, with trash and food everywhere and how do you mess up an online order? Stickers clearly say “bowl” slapped on Twinkie sized burritos, and a steak bowl with no steak and all wrong ingredients.

I’m convinced it takes deliberate effort to be so bad.

Food is great. Service is bare minimum. I walked in at 4 pm today and the first question was “what do you want?” With a condescending tone, as if you were inconveniencing them by not ordering online. Lesson learned for next time, I guess.
