I called and placed a last minute take out order (15 mins before they closed, and I know how annoying that can be when you’re trying to close for the day), but Laura was so sweet, and so friendly. If she was as frustrated as I know I’d have been, she certainly didn’t indicate it to me. She was happy to talk to me about the coffee options they have available, and helped me pick exactly what I was hoping to get. The food was fresh, warm, and delicious when we got it home! Overall great food, great customer service, and a great experience!

This is, by far, my favorite Einstein’s I’ve been too. Best service, friendliest interactions, and the overall quality is 10/10. I absolutely love the whole staff here! If you were working Jan 27/28 yall made my day. Belle, you took excellent care of me. Will be coming back often!! Ty!!!

Stopped for breakfast on my way back to the airport. I was able to walk in and order immediately. I ordered the maple breakfast sandwich with one egg and a caramel macchiato. This is a sweet but delicious breakfast sandwich. It really hit the spot. There is no seating inside, but there are a few tables and chairs outside. It is very clean inside as well. This place is not meant for large parties. Staff were really friendly.

My partner ordered a full veggie bagel and they made a bagel with just a lot of avocado and left everything else off, forgot or didn’t put any other vegetables on it. No cream cheese, no veggies, literally just bagel and so, so much avocado.

I had placed an order for DoorDash delivery after having a procedure done on my back, and I watched the employee working on the orders (Andy) skip over my order for over 20 minutes after I had gotten to the restaurant. The cashier at the front (Ryn) was very pleasant and apologetic as they worked on closing the front of the store. I had to ask the employee who was making my order to check it over and he seemed annoyed when I showed him my phone. He also messed up my order and a few others from what I saw of the 7 other orders that were made ahead of mine while I was there. The food was fine, and the overall appearance/tidiness of the restaurant was clean, but Andy did not impress me with his service.

Service has improved since my last experience and I thoroughly enjoyed coming here again! It is a take out place, there is no dine in orders being taken here but I prefer to eat at home or on the go so it doesn’t bother me. Reanna was kind and helpful with my order. My only gripe is that I wanted more icing on my cinnamon roll, it was already delicious so that would have been the icing on the cake for me! I’d take a pic but it’s already gone! My son and I demolished our breakfast happily!
