Absolutely PHANOMENAL! Been twice since opening and can with confidence say this place surpasses all expectations, and keeps going.
Wings = The Crispiest juicy smoked wings with amazing homemade rubs and sauces. Ranch and Blue cheese homemade, can’t recall having better anywhere.
Roasted Brussels = Truly the most unique and flavorful, perfectly cooked Brussels I have had. Will be a staple go to.
Shrimp and chips (subbed salad) = light, non oily, flavorful shrimp with fantastic bang bang sauce. Salad was very fresh and great lettuce, no basic iceberg here!
Ok, best for last… hard to say when all was so incredible over two trips but the below is the BEST sandwhich I have ever had. I do not say this lightly…
Corned beef chef surprise sandwhich = Literally a flavor explosion in my mouth like I have never experienced. I can’t believe I’m saying it but this is THE BEST sandwhich I haver EVER had. Corned beef was the best I have also ever had, it was literally the best piece of meat candy ever!
Chef Sabrina is a true Gem and master in the kitchen.

Me and my girlfriend stopped by a few time to check out the new spot at Hester’s. Unfortunately almost all of the food is fried. It’s a very selective crowd on most day. Drink menu is limited, they do have bands occasionally. Bartender and staff were taking shots while they were working. We thought that was a little unprofessional, especially while serving patrons.

I’d also like to highlight the outstanding service provided by the bartender, Chiara. Not only was she professional and knowledgeable, but she also demonstrated exceptional hospitality. We’ve been 3 times since the change in ownership and had great experience’s every time!
Menu has a solid variety of classic bar food with healthier options as well. ( I loved my buffalo chicken salad!)
Drinks were exceptional! We highly recommend. So happy to have this option for a local bar & grill with Trivia night and Live Music!!! Thank you for being here Hesters, we will be proud to be regulars!

Awesome neighborhood Bar & Grill and local music venue. Chris Hester and the staff are amazing! The food is incredible and the atmosphere is welcoming, friendly and fun. My wife and I had a great date night here and will have many more. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you so much Chris and Staff for a great time. Finally! I’ve lived in Colorado for 12 years, and finally found an establishment that can make a Great Hamburger! Just had lunch at Hesters with 6 friends, we all had different lunches off the great menu and we were all Pleased with the results! Great food! Very Friendly staff! Chips and Fries were also great! definitely will be returning!!

Our server said it was his first night. It seems like a bad management decision to start someone on a Saturday night. He mixed up our
orders. Never refilled water, never removed plates in general very poor service. Brussel sprouts were awful. We loved the band Forgery, nice big stage, good sound, large dance floor. We would go again for the music but not the food.

Got recommended to come here for a burger for lunch since they were incredible. Can confirm. The burger blew my mind. I would’ve added a picture had I not devoured it immediately. Great staff. Great music. 10/10 would recommend to come here. Loved it

We had good food the first time. But the next time when I ordered a pick up got home to find one entree was burnt fries and chicken tenders. Never should of left the kitchen. The wings were pretty average. But the worst part was how sick the food made us. I dont know what is going on in that kitchen but it needs to be fixed! Lesson learned always look at your food before you leave.

Didn’t realize Odde’s was now Hester’s, and was a little nervous. The food is just as good, and they’re still dedicated to safe gluten free options, which is what we went to Odde’s for. We rarely go out to eat, mostly because I can’t safely eat most places, so Hester’s is a major win for us. I highly recommend checking them out.
