This Carl’s jr is our go to Burger place. The staff and management are friendly and professional and very helpful to make sure our order is just right every time.
I usually order ahead on the app for pickup but tonight it was late and I had to place my complicated (special requests/customized on all the items) order at the drive thru and Erik was incredibly patient and accommodating and friendly and took care to make sure everything was just right! I’ve been coming here for the third time now!
There are 2 ladies who works the night shift and both are always so cheerful and kind, which makes me feel so happy every time I order.
I usually swing by when it’s almost closing time, but I’m so thankful that the ladies and the kitchen members who work there at night gives me the best service!

I went to this location once last month and yesterday and both times I go to this location to try pick up a churro shake, both times they do not have it. Why is it on the app for this location if you do not have it?
Very disappointed, guess I will never get to try it and I am done with this location, which is too bad because I like the food as an occasional treat and the service is good, but the fact I ordered on the app twice once in December and once in January is not acceptable, please put not in stock on the app for this location or just don’t have it on the app.

Crappiest Carl’s Jr. I have ever been to. I got a western bacon cheeseburger and it came out lopsided looking like a chicken sandwich. The cheese wasn’t even thoroughly melted and folded over to one side of my burger. The folks here don’t care about their job which probably explains why this place is always dead. They wouldn’t even help fix my sandwich. Don’t waste your money here go to another one.

The manager Edward and his team on 07/27 were really friendly and had wonderful customer service!! As soon as I sat down, our food arrived and even when we were done eating, the manager came and took our trash which saved us time. They were very quick and professional 🙂
