If I could give the service a -0 I would. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I went today for bagels asked for butter on 3 one lightly toasted and another toasted with butter and jelly. They threw 2 of the bagels in the bag without butter and once I told the lady she stood there and argued with me that I didn’t ask for butter. She then charges me for butter and once I get home they barely had any butter on them and the one without jelly. The previous owners always made sure the customers were satisfied the staff never argued back with the customers. Never ever will I go back to this place. The staff sucks they have attitude problems. And I’m not the only one my sister had the same problem. She stopped going there as well. If the owner doesn’t do anything about the staff this place is going downhill fast!

First time I ordered, I got a plain bagel when I ordered a cinnamon raisin; forgivable. Second time, the smoothie I ordered was a slushie! Imagine $7.74 for a cup of ICE and a few berries. Brought it to their attention and he said, that’s how we make them; nonchalantly. Spend your money elsewhere folks! They don’t care.

It seems as if the owners have changed. Im not 100% sure of that but I could be wrong. I don’t frequent this place very often despite living in the area. The last few times I have was definitely a miss. My most recent visit, I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel. I specifically asked the young lady who took my order for well done eggs. While waiting for my order, I looked over the receipt and noticed that she didn’t include well done eggs on my order. I went over to another young lady and asked her to make sure the eggs were cooked well done. She went over to the cook and then returned to me less than a minute later with my order. As I paid, I said to her, that was fast. I got in my car, began to drive to my destination and noticed that there were parts of the egg that wasn’t throughly cooked, the sandwich was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted. I took a few bites and felt totally disgusted. I threw more than half of the sandwich away. Needless to say, within a few minutes I felt really nauseous and queasy. I had to return home because at that point I felt too sick to go on with my day. I will be finding a new place for whenever I feel like a quick breakfast on the go. Totally not worth the 8 bucks.

Love this bagel spot! the bagels are always good and been coming for years. Soft center with a good leathery chewy outer skin. The bagels always have great flavor to them regardless of the flavor you order! They have a plethora of drinks and just added kiosks to order food. The staff is friendly and quick. The food is good too. The prices are a little high but ultimately fair. Check them out! Stop in for breakfast or lunch and enjoy a tasty meal and fresh bagel!

Delicious, but there’s a serious issue that I believe is intentional. The prices listed on the menu do not match what you actually pay. I think this is neither ethical nor legal. For example, the price for a Pesto Chicken Panini is listed as $8.75 on the menu, but it shows $9.49 on the screen inside. Similarly, French fries & coleslaw are listed as $3, but I ended up paying $4.50. I am sharing the photos with you as well. The business should address and correct this.

Bagel was good and soft at 1PM in the afternoon, got a garlic bagel with Ham & Provolone with mayo and lettuce. they didn’t put the mayo on that I requested and the ham was cut too thick for me. I prefer very thin sliced meat and cheese.

Always hits. Their breakfast sandwiches come packed. Fire. Coffee is always solid too. This is one of my go-to Jersey bagel spots because they’re quick, consistent, and never mess up my order.

I absolutely love this place and the customer service I receive every time I go! The staff really take the time to get to know you and remember your regular order, which makes it feel so personal. The girl at the front already knows what I like and is always so attentive to the details. I even mentioned once that I was fasting, and she made sure I got exactly what I needed — that kind of thoughtfulness means a lot. They do get super busy, but they’re fast and efficient. Definitely my new favorite spot. Highly recommend!
