I’m a regular customer of this restaurant and knew it had a new owner. A few months ago, I bought my usual Mongolian beef, but the taste was unexpectedly different. So I didn’t go back. But just yesterday, I tried again, and luckily, I met the new owner. He’s very nice, and after talking with him, I knew that he’s been working hard to improve things since he took over the restaurant. It’s great! So this time, the food I bought was noticeably better. I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years and always loved their food — until now. I just found out they’re under new ownership, and unfortunately, it shows in the worst way. This was honestly some of the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had.

The lo mein noodles were chopped up so small, it felt like it was made for a toddler. The Mongolian beef? Not even close — it was bland, tough, and completely unrecognizable. As for the chicken with vegetables, it only had broccoli, celery, and carrots — hardly a proper mix, and completely lacking in flavor.

Everything was bland and disappointing. So sad to see such a great place go downhill so fast. I won’t be coming back.

We used to come here often. This place immediately went downhill with new management. We’ve tried it twice, since they reopened, and won’t return. What’s gotten worse, based on our items ordered:

Quality of food –
(1) Lo mein is dry.
(2) Sweet and sour chicken – they now coat your chicken with the sauce instead of give you the sauce on the side, to dip how much you want. The chicken was lacking sauce/dry. Our son likes the plain chicken and dipping if he wanted to, now you don’t have a choice if ordering online.
(3) Vegetable rolls almost burnt.

Cost for delivery –
It was going to cost almost $16 just between a “Delivery fee” and “Convenience fee”, NOT EVEN including tip. Had to take items off my order to maintain budget.

Food options –
(1) No rice noodles available anymore.
(2) When now ordering online, can’t customize meals at all. Ie… can’t replace white rice with fried rice/noodles or add any special instructions to your meal.

I hope the new owners read these comments and reflect on how poorly they’ve lacked in upholding the same experience as prior management.

Paid $46 for very underwhelming food. I will continue taking my 20 min drive to Eastern China Taste over on Peachtree and McGinnis where for the same price I get real authenticity, they let you choose whatever rice you want for a bit more, the rice comes with your protein, not a ripoff like this place where you have to order items separately, and they are not shy with their portions.

So I go to the near by university and I am on this no meat for the month thing! I discovered this Chinese restaurant and it’s so good ! The portion sizes will most definitely keep you full. The price is fair also! First time I ordered shrimp Lo mein with an spring roll, second time I ordered vegetarian with garlic sauce and fried rice ! This plate lasted for two meals! My friends even ordered plates with meat and said this new place to eat! Very clean and staff was friendly ! I’ve returned twice and plan return more !

Stopped by to pick up dinner. Cashier quickly and sneakily charged me a $5 tip without my consent (I would have tipped $5 anyways). When confronted about it she insisted it was for the kitchen staff and brushed it off.

I have no problem tipping but I do have a problem with sneaky, unprofessional behavior. Will not return. Food was just okay.
