Used to Loveeeee the food and the OLD Employees that WERE there were awesome but these NEW employees, ABSOLUTLY NOT very respectful. My fiance and I went in for only mozzarella sticks and garlic knots, FIRST OFF they cant count AT ALL, I gave exact change and yet because THEY couldn’t count or something they gave me back my change and more. I was NOT told how long it would be for my LITTLE BIT of food and after waiting a HALF HOUR I asked well the response I got was not what I thought it would be! It was bad enough I got told 15 MORE minutes BUT the girl, named Adrianna i do believe, was her name, was SNOTTY, AND COCKY about me asking. I waited that 15mins like she had said yet it ended up being another 30 MORE minutes! OVER AN HOUR WAIT FOR THAT and it wasn’t even HOT!! NOT WORTH IT!!! Unfortunately after being a customer for over 6yrs I will NO LONGER BE!! You can thank that bs waiting time and cocky service for that!!!

Came though Clyde on June 24 with a large cycling group that had just done 75 miles in 95 degree heat…place supposed to be open until 9, but was closed when we hit town at 7….I even called the day before to confirm hours.
