The new owners of PAPA John’s in Belle Glade delivered pizza to our office today. I don’t think they realized we are not actually in Belle Glade. They couldn’t have been nicer. John and Eric are determined to make Belle Glade a success. If you stopped eating there before, try it again. It was the same as Wellington.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza half the meats and half super Hawaiian. I also order one order of bacon cheese bread and 2 20 oz. drinks. She verifies that I want the bacon variety and asks if I want a 10 piece or 12 piece. I tell her 10. She tells me the total is $33.74. I give her $33.80. She did not ask if I wanted my change. Not a big deal it was only 6 cents. Pizza gets done and that is all there is. When asked about the cheese bread they say I never ordered any and they do not offer the bacon kind. That I had not paid for it either. So they will be happy to take that order if I am willing to pay for it. They are extremely rude through this hole process. Then I noticed the total on my box is $22.47. I ask where the rest is she grabs $5 from a shelf not the register and says here. I informed them it was over $11 difference. She then grabs another $5 from the shelf. Tells me this is the best she can do and says she thought I was tipping her. I should mention I verified the total 3 times before paying. Nothing was ever said about a tip and who tips 50% for take out? Then asks if I would like to pay for an order of cheese bread. I would call and talk to a manager but, I am pretty sure she was the gm. Said forget it and left. We get home and find several pieces of hair cooked into our pizza. I have never received such horrible service anywhere. I have traveled the country so that is saying something. If corporate cares about their business at all it is time to fire them all and close the store until competent adults can be found to run it. This is what destroys a companies reputation.

Papa John’s in Belle Glade is an absolute disaster and a disgrace to what a pizza joint should be. Whoever is running this sorry excuse for a restaurant should be utterly ashamed. The staff here are so inept that they couldn’t get an order right if their lives depended on it. Every pizza is a greasy, sloppy mess that shows zero care for quality. I mean, I get it—Belle Glade can’t have nice things when businesses are managed by amateurs who run everything to the ground. The lack of basic customer service and attention to detail is downright insulting. Save your money and your taste buds; this place is nothing more than a pitiful.

I’m really happy a Papa Johns finally opened up in Belle Glade. I love ordering the special large pizza with the BBQ wings. This location has been one of the cleanest and friendliest Papa Johns I have visited in years. The staff was very welcoming and they ensured my order came out perfect. I Normally don’t write review but my experience with this establishment needs to be shared. I called to place an order for pick up last night and was greeted by the sweetest gentleman. Unfortunately, I can’t recall his name. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I am very indecisive and he was able to help guide me to the perfect pie! I arrived at Papa Johns 15 minutes later to pick up my pizza. The place is very clean and well done. I am Impressed by the level of kindness displayed by the staff and the cleanliness of the establishment. This is now my #1 pizza shop!

I have not been referred to as “White Boy” before and noting I am half Japanese. I tried to order on line but due to the poor WiFi reception couldn’t get that done however instead of the $13.99 for the 2 large The Works pizza I paid $24 each and this is one hell of a mark up for just coming to the PapaJohn’s store. It took them a minimum of 15 minutes just to see if I wanted to order. I have been a very loyal customer for many years but you have lost one now! They didn’t even ask me my name, just “White Boy” if that isn’t racism I really don’t know what is. My pizza boxes even ha “White Boy” to identify my pizza. One must be black to get treated correctly at Papa John’s?

Called in my order and they treated me with great customer service! Upon walking in they greeted me and made me feel more than just “another customer”. The pizza was amazing! Perfectly cut too unlike some other places I’ve been to where it was hard to just pick out a slice. Out of all the papa johns that I’ve been too this one is my favorite and I’ll continue to come here! Thank you! Keep up the good work!

Phenomenal costumer service!! 3rd time ordering since they opened. All the employees I spoke to were extremely helpful and compliant with all crazy requests. The pizza is perfect every time! I have 3 boys and they love it as well. If you have crazy orders, don’t be shy and tell them! They will definitely accommodate you.
