Visited over the weekend. We ordered 3 catfish baskets and had some Mac and cheese. I must say the food was fresh and tasty. Their Mac and cheese is definitely a banger. We had the medium seasoned
catfish ,It was a tad too spicy for my liking but overall had a great flavor.
My only issue with the experience is the menu reads “fries are included”, upon ordering we weren’t told that if we purchased a side we wouldn’t get the fries that’s “included”. However we were told it says it on the digital menu which we had not seen. Over all the young lady at the register was very sweet,informative and polite.

The chicken sandwich was delicious. The fish baskets had thin small fillets but good flavor. The fries were to notch. Kool Aid was ordered but wasn’t available.

Update: I received a call in regards to my order and they were very apologetic, I received a replacement order today and it was delicious like I remember before!
I’m so mad… they changed their quality of fish or the provider and it’s literally thin small pieces with hardly any meat!! It’s seasoned so well but the fish is trash quality! I’d prefer the prices get raised for better product than what I paid for today. Also, the sauce was spilled all over my fries so those didn’t get eaten, packaging could be alot better.

What can I say this was a chicken eating experience. The hot things on their menus are the chicken sandwich, the chicken tenders even the fried fish. Today I kept it simple I got the chicken sandwich with coleslaw inside some macaroni and cheese. Also they had eight piece chicken tenders and I got it medium. Medium was pretty hot to me I want it bottled water I actually went to other places there looking for some bottled water but I wound up coming back getting a bottle of water and Kool-Aid First macaroni and cheese was mid-level at best. It was not as good as the person is counter said it was but I did mix it with some fries and chicken tenders and the sauce lol the chicken sandwich was very tasty with that coleslaw it was top level. The chicken tenders were well done that crust on it with that sauce was a little bit hotter than I thought it was but I ate them all. And washing it down with that delicious Kool-Aid. My blood sugar cause me to start an instant 24-hour fast. Plus I went to the park and walked at least a mile. Overall this is definitely a place that I would like to come back and try more things and probably bring friends and family too in the future. This food Hall has always been a hidden gem in DeSoto for very interesting and delicious food choices. Please take your time and come check them out inside.

I ordered online. I was charged a gratuity of $9. I didn’t dine in and wasn’t given an option to tip, it was just added. It’s not a big problem but then it said my order would be ready by 6:35pm. I arrived around 6:40. I was told it would be another 10 minutes for my order. After walking around for about 15 minutes we came back and our order was finally ready. I ordered the sauce which was 50 cents for both meals and the sauce was not put into the bag. My order also came with drinks and my Husband had to remind the cashier that the drinks were included.

My experience with the food was amazing! Definitely, will be returning again. I did a pickup and my son was in awe, of everything. Food was hot and fresh! Those collards have my stamp of approval. You don’t need to add, any hot sauce.

I give 10 stars and this is why !
The first time I had 2 neighbors was through a friend. It was the catfish and fries and it was A-MAZING!!! The catfish was fried perfectly, crispy on the outside, flaky on the inside. It was also perfectly seasoned, just spicy enough for me to enjoy (I got medium). The fries were also cooked and seasoned perfectly. And it was sooo filling!!!
The second time I had it (different day), I ordered the same thing, catfish and fries, because it was just that good! However, I was disappointed to find the fillets were smaller and cooked too hard, so it wasn’t flaky on the inside like the first time. Also, the fries were hard. So I went to speak with the manager Ce-Ce directly later that day, because it was so different from the first time. The manager was very open to listen and receptive of the feedback I had given. She didn’t get offended or upset, which showed me that she truly cared about her product (food) AND customers, which I loved because this is VERY RARE these days. So of course I went back (a different day) and got catfish, chicken tenders and fries, and EVERYTHING was seasoned and cooked PERFECTLY!! And it was EVEN BETTER this time only because I didn’t wait to eat my food so it was HOT & FRESH!!
Because of this I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you order from 2 Neighbors Hot Chicken. Most places overcharge you for small portions and barely speak when they see you, but the people here acknowledge you AND you get a good portion at a reasonable price. That’s a WIN WIN for me! (I had already started eating before taking the picture attached. It comes with more food than shown in the pic.)

Absolutely amazing! The chicken was juicy while still being crispy, the sandwich was well balanced, the fries were seasoned perfectly and the Mac n cheese and Collared Greens were absolute perfection. Definitely a 10/10!

Bae bragged about this place for weeks so I decided to give them a try. He took the load off by placing the order for me and I would go pickup. I arrived and was a little turned around because i did not see the restaurant. I called the restaurant and the guy said to come inside the marketplace. Note: it’s located on the right side of the marketplace when you facing it. He definitely could have told me that… anyhow I end up passing three people who said nothing and going to 2Neighbors “Burgers and Shakes”…. Which is right next to them… wrong spot though … after standing there looking crazy for 5 minutes. I finally was to the right place. I did not like the cleanliness of their countertop. I was able to get my paid order after the lady threw in my face that she was watching me look lost the whole time. I got the black bag of food to the car and immediately wanted to taste the fries… Disgusting …. And I took notice that they were not the crinkles that I seen on the previous reviews. I made it to the house to finally eat my chicken sandwich. Delicious . The chicken was perfectly fried, the perfect amount of coleslaw on it… and the bread perfectly toasted.. I was surprised that it was not hot Will I be able to overlook the cleanliness and horrible customer service… No!!! Ima get Bae to deal with it… otherwise no tasty chicken sandwiches for me!
